Their insurance is a SCAM!!!
We purchased a full bedroom furniture set from this store, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. After some time, the bed broke, so we contacted the insurance service that the store strongly promotes at the time of purchase. The technician who came to assess the issue arrived quickly, which initially gave us confidence. However, that’s where the positive experience ended. We were then told that the replacement part would take up to 90 days to arrive. During this period, we called multiple times and were repeatedly told to “just wait, the part is on the way.” After 90 days passed and no one contacted us, we followed up again only to find out that the bed had been discontinued and could not be repaired.
Instead, we were told we could exchange the bed for another one in-store. We went to the store the same day, only to be shocked that no straightforward exchange was actually offered. We were told we had to pay the price difference, even though this situation was not our fault. We don’t even want a new bed!!! we were perfectly fine with repairing the original one.
The customer service experience was also unacceptable. The representative was very rude, raised her voice, and even claimed she couldn’t print a copy of their policy while another employee managed to do it within a minute.

We had purchased a Whirlpool wall oven and microwave combo less than 2 years ago and the panel stopped working. The technician came and checked and said the panel has to be replaced. It has been almost a month, and they have not fixed it. I am without the oven and microwave.
It is still under warranty.
I called and sent so many follow-ups but still not fixed yet, they are keeping saying we had ordered the part and have not received it yet.
Their customer care King & State is useless. They do not understand how difficult it is without an oven and a microwave in the kitchen.
Brick responded to my review here and ask me to contact their customer service email address, which I did. They have not responded back to my email. Also, they deleted their response from here. What a terrible service.
It’s been 35 days, after paying for extended warranty, they have not resolved the issue.
NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM BRICK.

I came to The Brick in Heartland with my mom and small pup (who was warmly welcomed into the showroom)! The Brick offers a great selection of furniture and appliances at very good deals, and is our usual go-to for such home upgrades.
We were greeted and assisted by Sunny. We came looking for an area rug and ended up purchasing one along with a sectional. Sunny was polite enough to show us all the featured sectionals and area rugs in the showroom and discuss customization, sizing, colour options, availability and pricing. There was a spin the wheel play for promos and prizes and we had won free delivery (savings of $100!). Sunny helped us with the all-around process of showings, answering questions, invoicing and finalizing the transaction. She was very attentive to our needs and preferences and worked with our pace, without any pushy sales tactics.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
