I am a long-time, loyal customer of The Brick, but my recent experience with a $4,000 sectional has been unacceptable. Despite owning the piece for less than a year and using it sparingly, the quality has deteriorated significantly.
I initially contacted customer service to utilize my warranty. They took my entire sectional away for repair, yet when it was returned, the primary issues remained unfixed. As a busy professional, the logistics of having a sectional removed and returned are a massive inconvenience, so I was beyond disappointed to see the "repair" was unsuccessful.
Now, additional issues have surfaced. I have reached out again, only to be told I must wait for a "ticket" and a callback. I am paying for a high-end product and a warranty that is not being honored correctly.
I would like to discuss a more definitive solution, such as a replacement or a high-priority repair that actually addresses the damage. I look forward to your immediate response.

I am absolutely outraged by how The Brick handles deliveries and customer service.
The salesperson originally told me I would receive a 3-hour delivery window. Then the night before delivery, I was given one window, and on the morning of delivery, it changed again. That alone was bad enough, but what made the experience far worse was how customer service handled it.
When I reached out online, the representative was dismissive, passive-aggressive, and completely unhelpful. Rather than acknowledging the conflicting information I had been given, they responded in a way that made it feel like I was either lying or too stupid to understand their process. I was told that what I had been promised was “not possible,” and that delivery timing can change at any time, with the “standard” window being 8 hours.
What kind of company expects a paying customer to keep an entire 8-hour workday open for a delivery that was not even free in the first place? That is completely unacceptable. If that is truly their policy, then it should be stated clearly upfront instead of customers being told one thing at the point of sale and then being brushed off afterward.
If you are considering buying from The Brick, don't and definitely avoid delivery. Be prepared to lose an entire day waiting around, deal with shifting timelines. Worst of all, you have to pay for this delivery.

We recently purchased a king-size premium bedroom furniture set from The Brick and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
The quality of the furniture does not match the price at all. There are visible chips and flaws in multiple areas, which is unacceptable for a brand-new set at this cost. On top of that, an essential attachment for the dresser mirror was missing upon delivery.
What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. A compensation was initially discussed and agreed upon, but they later denied it, leaving me feeling misled and unsupported.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would NOT recommend anyone purchasing from The Brick due to the poor quality and their lack of accountability.

I got to this store and I wanted to return a chest freezer
I understand that opened boxes are not accepted but the freezer was bought yesterday and I just opened it to see if it was okay where we wanted to put it
They refused my return saying they couldn’t approve it
I wanted to speak to the manager that wasn’t in store
They refused to give me the managers name and time the manager would be in store the next day
Be very careful with the BRICK they will do everything to make a sale but assistance after doesn’t exist
I feel scammed

On March 11, while browsing your website for a washer and dryer, I engaged with a chat pop-up, provided my phone number, and was assisted in making a purchase. The salesperson—who knew I had been without a washer since March 8—assured me the dryer could be delivered immediately and the washer would arrive on March 27.
When I later called to check on the delivery, I was told the date had been pushed back to April 9. At that time, I requested a call back from my salesperson, or any available representative, to discuss a refund. That was over a week ago, and I have yet to receive a call.
Today, via another online chat, I was informed that April 9 is merely the date the washer arrives at your warehouse, not at my home.
I cannot help but feel I was given a falsely optimistic delivery date simply to secure the sale. I hope this is not the case, but I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and how this entire process has been handled since March 11.

Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
