    TLDR - If anything breaks from a manufacturers defect or under warranty everyone will shrug their shoulders for 8 months. I bought a couch for 2000 dollars, 8 months ago. After delivery the back rest of one of the sections broke. I notified the store and they sent a technician to take pictures that I had already taken and sent to them. Arranging for the technician to take a photo that I had already taken to investigate the damage caused further delays. I was not notified until I reach out again to see the status and told that the replacement part had been ordered but would take 3 months to arrive from China. I reached out again after 5 months and was told that it should arrive soon, I received no further response to my follow ups. I was told today that the part had arrived 8 months from when I notified them of the damage. I paid in full for the couch, I also paid for the extended warranty. They do not apparently have any control of the extended warranty which is instead a third party, so I can expect no recourse on that front. I also need to wait for another third party to come and install the broken piece of the couch I put together. They do not offer delivery for the piece so that I could simply replace it. I wonder how long the delay will be then. No refunds, no returns, no compensation after 8 months of delays. Distinctly I have also received no apology, it’s not a huge apology but a simple sorry for the delay would have been appreciated. I’m assuming that saying sorry might make them feel some type of way might even imply responsibility for the products they sell. I would take your money elsewhere, maybe somewhere that someone could take ownership of issues and delays.

    Mr. Sumit was a great help when I was looking for some furniture for my new home, he showed us amazing deals and explained the benefits of each item as well as the items that would not work for me.     The delivery team was punctual, professional, and handled the furniture with great care. They communicated clearly throughout the process and ensured everything arrived in perfect condition. Setup was quick and efficient, and they made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free delivery experience, and I would highly recommend their service.

    I bought almost 3 rooms last year in March from this location and I payed about 400$ more for one year cleaning warranty for the sofa and the dinning chairs When I needed it after about 4 months they sent me to to cleaning company which they say I have to pay for cleaning if they come!! Trying to tell them I aleady paid but they never come I called the furniture company Leons like 10 times and every time they say they will fix that but it never happened Now it's a year after and I am not eligible for free cleaning Sorry I'm not sure if you understood my complaint I asked for my cleaning deal which I paid for it and I didn't get it for the whole year I didn't even get the installation cleaning which it should be done in the first 2 weeks of purchasing the couch I need you to send my money back please Thank you

    We went to the sale a week ago Saturday. The in-store service was excellent. Our sales rep, Prateex, was professional and listened to what we wanted. He helped us make our selection and suggested we get the fabric treated before delivery. The whole process was quick and efficient. The delivery was also very efficient. The app helped us keep track of when our delivery would arrive. It arrived during the window they provided for us. They removed the old couch to the curb and set up the new couch in the place we had asked them to. The delivery people were friendly and efficient. I was most happy with my Leon's experience and would highly recommend them.
