    Would have given 5 stars because the 2 recliners and Accent chair are good. But the customer service was not good. We were advised by sales person Raj the recliners would be assembled and the packaging disposed off by the delivery people. Also was advised by Raj unlike Covid times Leon’s does assemble and dispose off packaging. But they did not even open the packaging. When we called the store we were told there was no comment added in the order about assembling and packaging disposal. We have the huge boxes blocking our basement entrance because there is no place to dispose them.

    Took over 20 minutes for a sales rep to approach us and when she finally did she seemed extremely uninterested, made a purchase the manager was super passive aggressive and even talked badly about my family and I steps away from us to a colleague as the promotion didn’t make a ton of sense on paper. After making the sale the sales rep changed her tone and became overly helpful providing us her personal number & even expediting our delivery. Delivery team was super unhelpful & lazy I had specifically asked for a 3-4 person team as the fridge would be going up a narrow flight of stairs the sales rep almost laughed at me saying they’d 100% get it up the stairs, they’d remove the doors and do whatever means necessary, I have the entire interaction on ring cam as the second the delivery team came in they said nope not happening and didn’t even attempt to deliver. The fridge never left the truck. Apparently the warehouse manager was one of the delivery members on site and said we couldn’t even get a 33inch fridge upstairs unless we took the railing off (the fridge we purchased was a 36) I explained the kitchen was unmodified from the original build and the cabinet space was always intended for a 36inch fridge, anyways we decided to refund it and go with Canadian appliance source instead, they put us at the first delivery slot right at 8am, & they got the exact same fridge up the stairs with in 30 minutes. No complaining or laziness unlike Leon’s. Had a failed delivery twice with the brick and once with Leon’s clearly the company doesn’t have great standards in terms of customer service & the delivery partners are very lazy. If you live in a 3 story home or your delivery will be anything other than super convenient for the drivers I’d recommend going with CAS :)

    Aman is a good sales representative. She explained everything well during the sale, but like a typical sales person, she stopped responding after the purchase. The delivery service from Leon’s is a complete mess. They are not flexible at all. When I bought my furniture, the website showed a delivery date of December 5. Later, the store called and said there would be a 3–4 day delay and that the items would come in parts. I went to the store and told them I couldn’t accept the new delivery date. The sales person said they would “manage it,” just give her a call once I get a call a day before the delivery but nothing happened. I even suggested a new delivery date, a different time slot, or cancelling the order after waiting two weeks. The store manager told me to just cancel the order because they couldn’t help. I tried calling the warehouse and the managers, but no one offered a real solution. As a customer any options I suggested was rejected. Leon’s has zero customer focus after the sale. Management really needs to improve their after-sales support.
