    I have been a loyal customer at this Leon's location for a long time—I bought my fridge and range here and have always been happy with the quality. However, my recent experience with Shirley was exceptional. Shirley is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic. She went above and beyond to help us and provided excellent advice tailored to our needs. It’s rare to find such dedicated service. If you are looking for furniture or appliances, I highly recommend asking for Shirley. She will take great care of you!

    Would not recommend due to multiple and various issues we faced when purchasing a living room set. We ordered in July and did not receive any items until October, which would have been less of an issue had we received everything correctly. When the couches and ottoman came, the ottoman they delivered was incorrect. We then had to wait over a month for the replacement ottoman which came with no legs and the dust cover on the bottom not stitched properly. We still have yet to receive the legs. On top of those issues we purchased the furniture protection spray (which is not cheap) and the guy had to come 3 separate times to do all 3 items of furniture. The first visit he said he only had record of one couch being protected, we had to contact Leon’s and have him come out a second time. He then had to come out a 3rd time and spray the ottoman. This means we had to rearrange working schedules and work to accommodate over 6 visits when all this should have taken 2. One for the delivery of the furniture and one to spray. We let them know how disappointed we were and the “compensation” they have offered is laughable considering the money we have spent with them. We bought a table from Structube (which is next door) and had an issue with one of the legs and I will say their customer service is fantastic. If you’re unsure of where to buy… go to Structube.

    I bought a dining set from here and was told to call their customer service after delivery of the furniture to get a $50 refund. When I called I was told to provide my credit card details so that the refund can be processed. I provided the details but was told that the refund would be processed by another person on the next day and that it would take 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back. I was surprised, and asked as to why did the customer service rep ask for my credit card details if he could not process the refund and where would my credit card information be stored for these 24 hours. I wasn't given a satisfactory answer, I spoke with the manager, Simran and she also couldn't give me answer to the claim these big box stores make that they do not retain our credit card information. My questions are: 1. Why can't such refunds be made on the same credit card on which the purchase is made without bothering the customers. 2. Why must the customer call to claim the refund once it's agreed upon during the purchase. 3. Why do these stores make false claims that they don't store the credit card information of the customers when clearly this is to happen in my case. 4. Why does it take 3-5 business days to process a simple transaction in today's digital age? 5. Why aren't the customer service reps authorized to process such transactions? 6. Why do these stores assume that the time of the customers is less important than their employees?

    *** BUYERS BEWARE *** Leon's delivery service is such a joke it is not even funny. What is the point of giving someone a window between X and Y time and then all of the sudden they show up at your door step and now you have to drop everything you are doing and rush back to the house. When we told them we are literally 10 mins away they got mad at us and said that we need to reschedule. How the heck is that our problem. You gave us a window and that window wasn't going to start before 2 hours from the time we were not home. The rudeness of the driver was extremely disrespectful and disgusting to say the least, Leon's need to teach their drivers how to talk to customers and respect the window time you give to customers. If you want to deliver earlier no problem but communication is key and to phone the customer and double check if it is ok if they deliver early or not. Communication skills at Leon's needs to be reviewed and a process needs to be put in place. Leon's lost me as a customer who always bought stuff from them before.

    Took over 20 minutes for a sales rep to approach us and when she finally did she seemed extremely uninterested, made a purchase the manager was super passive aggressive and even talked badly about my family and I steps away from us to a colleague as the promotion didn’t make a ton of sense on paper. After making the sale the sales rep changed her tone and became overly helpful providing us her personal number & even expediting our delivery. Delivery team was super unhelpful & lazy I had specifically asked for a 3-4 person team as the fridge would be going up a narrow flight of stairs the sales rep almost laughed at me saying they’d 100% get it up the stairs, they’d remove the doors and do whatever means necessary, I have the entire interaction on ring cam as the second the delivery team came in they said nope not happening and didn’t even attempt to deliver. The fridge never left the truck. Apparently the warehouse manager was one of the delivery members on site and said we couldn’t even get a 33inch fridge upstairs unless we took the railing off (the fridge we purchased was a 36) I explained the kitchen was unmodified from the original build and the cabinet space was always intended for a 36inch fridge, anyways we decided to refund it and go with Canadian appliance source instead, they put us at the first delivery slot right at 8am, & they got the exact same fridge up the stairs with in 30 minutes. No complaining or laziness unlike Leon’s. Had a failed delivery twice with the brick and once with Leon’s clearly the company doesn’t have great standards in terms of customer service & the delivery partners are very lazy. If you live in a 3 story home or your delivery will be anything other than super convenient for the drivers I’d recommend going with CAS :)
