    We purchased a sectional in Sept of 2024, Nitesh was great in helping us finding what we wete looking for, and so was the delivery service. Galvan (name of the model) arrived earlier then expected. We noticed shortly after a few times sitting on my that something wasn't right as the hight between chase part and couch part was different when sitting on it. I took pictures and a short video of the issue and send it to Nitesh after contacting him via a phone call. He replied to the the message that customer service will be contacting me. After weeks of nit hearing back I left messages for customer service, silence!! Over the past few months more flaws started to show. No batting on the edges and staples rubbing against the edge to the extend that there are holes starting on the fabric covering the frame and rubbing a hole into the seat cushions. In the video / pictures I took it is clearly visible that part of the frame is missing and therefore the springs are not attached thus the uneven feeling when sitting down. After the complete lack of customer service / care we simply gave up :( We doubt this sectional will last another year.

    I purchased this mattress intending to keep it, as I usually do with my previous purchases that were delivered to my address. I had no plans to return this item, so I didn't see the need to buy a bag for it. It's important to note that this mattress was only displayed online, not in stores; I even searched online using my postal code, and it indicated that the item was not available on the floor. I didn’t have the opportunity to speak to a sales representative, so I received no advice regarding my purchase. After having the mattress delivered last week, we found that it was not to our liking. We had previously purchased firm mattresses, and given the price we paid, I am disappointed in the quality. When I visited the store in Britannia, the sales representative told me I could not return the mattress because it was a final sale. However, my receipt does not state that it was a final sale. Furthermore, in-store, it is advertised that there is a 200-day warranty, and it does not indicate that a bag purchase is required for that warranty. I called Bobby, the sales manager, to explain my situation and seek assistance. I chose to purchase online for convenience, especially with my baby to take care of. Unfortunately, Bobby was unhelpful and suggested that I would have to pay half of the purchase price as a restocking fee, which I find ridiculous. This would leave me $1,350 out of pocket without a mattress, which is unfair to a returning customer. This is not a cheap item that I can simply accept losing half of my hard-earned money over, especially when the issue wasn’t my mistake but rather due to the lack of availability in the store and assistance online. If many customers experience this, it feels unfair and akin to robbery. I am simply seeking to exchange my mattress or receive a refund for the difference or the full amount. I hope to find assistance with this matter; otherwise, I may escalate the issue through the media.

    I had the WORST experience with this location. I purchased a bed and mattress online for Black Friday sales on November 14th,2025. I received an email immediately stating I would be informed when the item was in stock and be given a delivery date. I heard NOTHING from Leon’s. I decided to call on January 2nd just to find out they learned my product was discontinued on November 26th. 12 days after my purchase. Yet I wasn’t informed the bed was discontinued until I called to inquire 49 days later! Would they have ever reached out to let me know? I called Leon’s numerous times (many times it would go to voicemail). When I was able to get through, I could never speak directly with the manager as he was “away”, “on lunch” or “not available” Each time I was assured he would call me as soon as he returned. 3 days passed by and I was NEVER contacted. I had to drive and show up to the store myself and demand to speak to the manager. The manager then tried to sell me options of other beds $300+ what I paid for expecting me to pay the difference. I purchased the bed I ordered on an amazing Black Friday sale ($250) and they wanted me to pay regular price for another option ($500+) that they messed up on. After going back and forth he asked me to pay an additional $50 for the bed of my choosing. I agreed to and paid that very moment. I was assured my bed would be delivered in 10 business days. On the date of my delivery, I was told the delivery could not be completed due to the trucks system saying I had “insufficient funds” of $50. Not only did I make the payment in store I also took a photo of my receipt just incase another mess up (like this) were to happen. I have never experienced so much calls, mistakes and lack of accountability from a furniture company in my life. They didn’t even offer me ANYTHING to rectify the situation. Not a discount off my next sale, not a coupon, nothing. Just an additional $50 payment and a pathetic apology. Safe to say my bed and mattress finally arrived on January 18th. 65 days after my purchase in November. Not only did Leon’s rob me from the opportunity to shop at other furniture stores during Black Friday sales due to their lack of communication of my product being discontinued but they also ruined my Christmas present to my daughter who’s room I’m renovating. Leon’s 100% lost me as a customer and I will never recommend them to anyone.

    Attended this location on December 12th. ( The date might not seem important right now but it will give you an indication of how long it took to process this). Jass assisted us in store. Originally, this set that we had our eyes on after traveling to a few leons, she advised us that it was on sale for 20% off. We wondered if they had different sales store to store, However, were excited that we could pick up this bedroom set on sale. She left us for a few minutes So we could discuss. When we called her back to complete the sale, she advised us she had made a mistake, and it was only sofa couches That were on sale.. However, she could give us a 60 day price match, if it did come on sale for Boxing Day or in the New Year, it would allow us to get the price No problem. We decided to go ahead with that. The purchase was made The delivery was set. She was great about obtaining an earlier date of delivery for us so we could have it before christmas (Dec 16th). The items were delivered on December 16th. The delivery guys were fantastic. Upon opening all the boxes and inspecting the items, there was damage to the dresser, there was damage to a night table, there was damage to the headboard and side rails. An email was sent to leon's with pictures. We were offered an exchange on the dresser and the night table. And for the marks and scratches on the side rails, she offered us a $100. A new date was arranged for an exchange of those damaged items (Dec 23). During all of this, the items came on sale and we contacted the customer service at the store to seek out price match. It took many phone calls and many emails (21) to resolve the price match with promises of them contacting us. Prices that changed from what they should have been. In trying to resolve this, I spoke to Jass at the store and she again went to customer service and the manager to help me get this resolved. Jass also assisted us in ordering an additional dresser And night table that we had spoke about while visiting her. As the time frame was still within the thirty days, she was able to assist us in putting it through the financing package that we had originally signed without paying an additional administration fee (January 6th). Delivery Jan 13th. December 23rd, damaged replacement delivered as well as part of the order that was delayed (chest dresser). Delivery guys were on time and polite, but very little English. After they delivered, they were attempting to back out of my driveway and were sliding. I assisted them and they were on their way lol. Chest dresser damaged. Another email to customer service. Another damage exchange date set. January 3rd. Delivery guys awesome. Opened box with us to ensure no issues. January 13th, another delivery. Two items. Dresser damaged. Email sent. January 21, exchange of dresser delivery. Still scratches and marks. Another email. When will this end. Can you see my point yet! 5 deliveries, time off work sorting this out and Customer service advised me Leons does not have a compensation policy, we provide customers with exchange/repair or if the customer would like to keep the item we provide a further discount (is my $100 the discount to repair myself)? And, If you are not willing to have the item exchanged and would like to keep it as is then I can let you know how much we can offer to keep as is ( never had this offer). Good in-store experience and product variety but Leons has major issues with damaged goods, poor after-sales service, and difficulties resolving price match, which is a significant gap between sales promises and fulfillment reality!! How they make a profit on sales with the amount of damaged product is beyond me! Delivery guys (other than 2) were spot on, polite, on time, and efficient. Jass at store polite, kind, and helpful. Customer service needs an overhaul!!!
