I furnished 3 houses from Leon’s furniture the product is not the same anymore even if it says Canadian frame and made in Canada and no one will assist when problem occur I guess the type of service u get when u spend 100k in one store is suppose to be somewhat reasonable and immediate but it is not and if a person speaks English in their store will have a wrong attitude even if I am going to pay for the service . So this sofa that I purchased recently not under warranty anymore however the dust fabric is ripped it is supposed to be my living room which is used twice yearly . I asked for their assistance to find someone to fix it and I will pay whatever it will cost they gave me a name of someone who is busy for giving me a time even if I paid cash and double what he asked . So from a loyal customer for so long and for the family friendship with the older generations of the Leon’s I will not shop there anymore nor any of my immediate family due the lack of service and unprofessional representatives of the Leon’s please see the photos below for a sofa recently purchased .

We purchased a bed frame and mattress from Leon’s for approximately $1,200, expecting reasonable quality for the price. Unfortunately, when we opened the boxes to assemble the bed frame, we discovered visible cracks in the frame and multiple scratches on the shelving components. Because the damaged parts were large, heavy, and already unpacked, returning or reboxing them would have been extremely inconvenient. Instead, we repaired the damage ourselves, using our own time, tools, and materials, and contacted Leon’s to explain the situation. We were not asking for a full refund—only a small discount to acknowledge that the product arrived damaged and required customer intervention to make it usable. The response from Leon’s was disappointing. The representative stated that the only option was a full exchange, which they admitted would be a long and inconvenient process. No alternative solution, compensation, or goodwill adjustment was offered. The conversation ended with them simply referring us to their policy, rather than addressing the fact that the product arrived in unacceptable condition. It was surprising and frustrating that Leon’s took no responsibility for selling damaged furniture and showed no flexibility or customer care whatsoever. For a purchase of this value, we expected better quality control and at least a basic effort to make things right. Based on this experience, the quality does not justify the price, and the customer service is rigid and unhelpful. If you receive damaged furniture from Leon’s, be prepared to either go through a lengthy exchange process or deal with the problem yourself. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from them.

We had to get a couple of couches as we broke some during the holidays lol. They had some good prices on recliners and someone in the warehouse sale types (final sale). The sales representative Pasha was kind and helpful and not standing on our heads and giving more info than asked. So it was kewl. We had to get the single couch in the van as it was final sale. The other one they will deliver. It's always good to shop at Leon's. And when you go here ask for Pasha. Good chap.

I ordered a 3-piece bed on December 1st and never received any confirmation that the item was ready for pickup. Because of this, I called this location a couple of times to confirm its availability and was consistently told that the order was ready for pickup. To avoid any issues, I called again the day before my scheduled pickup and was once more assured that the item was ready. On December 20th, my boyfriend and I arrived at the Britannia Mississauga location around 3:00 PM. When we approached the counter, we were informed that the warehouse was closed for an hour due to a break and were asked to return after an hour. At no point during my multiple confirmation calls was I informed about this break. I was only told to arrive before 6:00 PM, as that was the closing time. With no other option, we left and returned after an hour, only to be told that they could not locate the remaining parts of the bed [the headboard and slats]. We had already waited nearly an hour for nothing. We were then instructed either to go to the Brampton location to pick up the missing parts ourselves or to come back the next day, as the parts would be transferred from Brampton to Mississauga. I asked whether delivery to my home could be arranged due to the inconvenience, but this was declined. Given our busy schedule, returning another day was not an option, so we had no choice but to drive to the Brampton location. In total, we spent over three hours just trying to pick up an order that had been “confirmed” as ready multiple times. This entire experience was extremely frustrating and exhausting. There was a clear lack of organization, communication, and consideration for customers’ time. Time is valuable, and it was very disappointing to see how casually it was wasted despite my efforts to confirm everything in advance. To make matters worse, the staff member at the counter did not offer any apology or show any empathy for the situation. Her demeanor, including smiling while telling us to go to another location or return another day, came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Given the circumstances, a basic acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have been expected. Overall, this was a very poor customer experience, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation was handled.
