  We are a growing family. Walked in and out within 40 minutes with the salesman sumit guidance and experience fit the proper size bed for us. Flexity financing setup within 10 minutes and delivered in 48 hours. As much as I hate building furniture I will enjoy this purchase. We wanted a couch and was told there was an upcoming sale so we waited and made the purchase on that day. Overall pretty good value and quality is high. Leons is not going anywhere so you may aswell support canadian.

His professionalism, patience, and knowledge made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We are extremely happy and satisfied with his service, and we truly appreciate the effort he put into ensuring we got great value.   I was helping my parents shop for new recliners. Taran assisted us in finding exactly what they needed. We had delivery arranged but unfortunately, both my parents became ill so we needed to reschedule delivery. Taran was very responsive when I needed to contact her once again and postpone, even following up with me when she was not at the store. The delivery process was very smooth; I received a phone call the day before and then a call the morning of. They provided a 2 hour delivery window and came well within that window. They also sent a text so we were able to track the delivery progress. The delivery team were great! They unboxed the chairs and put them in place which was a big help since my parents are both in their 80s. Overall, a very good experience with this store!

  I bought an appliance from here in March 2026. They delivered it a week later in poor condition. The appliance was damaged and because I didn't pay an additional $500 for an extended warranty, Leon's did not help at all with fixing the problem. When I reached out they gave me the wrong number to GE(I bought a washer/dryer) for customer support and said I had to fix the broken appliance that they had delivered less than 5 days prior. I really regret buying from Leon's and hope anyone who reads this does more research than i did.

  Jessie provided excellent service. She introduced us to several different mattress models, made sure we were testing them properly, and helped guide us toward the best choice for our needs. Throughout the entire experience, she was friendly, professional, and respectful. She gave us space while we were making our decision and was always available to answer our questions without any pressure. Highly recommended!
