  Do yourself a favour: buy a real mattress. After trying four different mail-order mattresses, all of which were no longer comfortable after a year, I decided to go to the professionals. thanks to Jessie’s excellent service and attention, I got a mattress that is fantastic and am sleeping better than ever!

  Dealt with Taran Was a very helpful and humorous sales rep. Went above and beyond. Even put the manager in a headlock to lower all the prices below the advertised prices. Great job!

  Took a friend here looking for a recliner for a mobility impaired friend. Sadly they have only 1 choice. They don't cater to elderly or anyone that has a mobility impairment. Not good for a business that is supposedly the largest furniture dealer in Canada. You'd think they would have products for all types of people. Nope, they carry only things that they can make more money on. I guess they don't care about the community they are in. Unacceptable.

  If it would have been possible to put 0 star review I would do it and this would be to high for this location. I was in need of the new couches, ended up coming to this location. During the time that my sales person was in process putting my order through and adding coffee table he was distracted at least 4-5 times by the coworkers. There was another person that just walked in and he needs to leave means go talk with this gentleman that was waiting on the front. My sales person came back we procided to out my whole order in; I bought feeling connected - connex 6 pieces sectional with storage console blue and blue ottoman and atomic 48"coffee table brown cherry!? We had to wait for couches to be delivered which was completely fine. I received the call that couches would delivered and guys that were delivering couches were only good thing in all of this Once couches were brought in the house I started to unpack them. Then went to open my coffee table , to realize that my coffee table was wrong. Called customer service Jan was the one asking me to do pictures and she would look into it. She called back told me it would be few days because they don't have my glass top for the table available. I waited whole week no one got back to me. Ended up sending email saying that I was unhappy with all of this. She called me same day and told me how they just got stock back and it will be delivered soon. Same day she called me again telling me how I need to pay additional money because this table is sold as 2 pieces. Nowhere in the store website or sells person Jake R has brought it up to my attention that coffee table is sold as 2 pieces instead of one. To be honest I have never heard of it before. We went back and forth and glass was supposed to be delivered by warehouse worker after he finished his shift.it got cancelled because he couldn't make it. Then I was trying to pay difference for the table or glass online but it didn't work. I was told by Julia that my glass would be delivered following day if it's paid day before. My daughter ended up going during her lunch break to pay the difference. Then she was told they have few glass tops there for her to take it. She couldn't do it because she had her friend drive her to pay for this. Right after this was paid I received another call from Julia saying that glass can't be delivered because no one was available to deliver it and she doesn't know when they can deliver it. I was also told that manager was busy with something and she wouldn't be able to let me know when glass top will be delivered because she needs to speak to manager. My son ended up going with Uber spending extra money to have this delivered because customer service is lazy and can't be bothered to get their job done. I would love to know if anyone else had to buy this table as 2 pieces?
