E This place is ridiculous, i bought tv from this place when i open the box to install, i found few things are missing required to assemble then i talk to store sales person and customer services, no one is ready to provide missing items and when I requested to talk with store manager, he was not even bothered to talk with me. When I took delivery from store the product box was packed, so I trusted to store and believe that I will found everything thing from box, but I was wrong and filled cheated.

However, instead of trained professionals, Leon’s sent untrained students who were unfamiliar with the assembly process. The bed was repeatedly assembled and dismantled incorrectly, which ultimately caused structural damage and led to the bunk bed breaking. After six weeks of persistent follow-ups, Leon’s replaced only the side rails, but the bunk bed remains unstable and unsafe. Despite this, Leon’s has refused to take further responsibility or properly resolve the issue. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I would never recommend Leon’s to anyone.

I immediately took photos and sent them to my sales representative (Saeeda), who acknowledged the damage and directed me to contact the store and customer service. Another sales representative (Edgar) also confirmed that the bed was broken right out of the box. Despite both employees agreeing the product arrived damaged, the store manager (Rob) decided the bed was “not broken” and even claimed I caused the damage during assembly. This is completely untrue, as every photo I provided was taken immediately after opening the box. What’s worse is that he closed my case without informing me, contacting me, or even attempting to discuss the situation. The bed is clearly damaged, and the manager’s refusal to address the issue is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer care at this location. I would strongly advise avoiding this store—especially under this manager—given how poorly legitimate customer concerns are handled.
