Best to arrive just after opening to avoid lineups. If able, the staff provide repairs on site while customers wait. All staff were courteous and pleasant. Lily Espinosa was especially great. She was able to effectively repair the beater bar of our very old Dyson canister vacuum by cleaning the contact points and at no charge! It works well again. Thanks Lily!

Great product, but extremely disappointing customer service
I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner about a year ago. While the product performs well, it started making an extremely loud and disturbing noise after just a few months of use.
I contacted customer support around six months ago. After a long wait, they sent me a replacement part — unfortunately, it did not solve the problem. I called again and was sent a completely unrelated part, from a different vacuum model. It was useless. I kept trying — in total, I called six times, spending more than four hours on the phone, and even after they acknowledged there was an issue, they failed to resolve it.
I asked for the case to be escalated to a manager or someone with the authority to offer a real solution, but that never happened. Instead, my call was abruptly disconnected and never followed up.
After all this time, effort, and frustration, I’m no longer willing to spend more hours on the phone trying to fix something that should have been handled properly under warranty.
I’m very disappointed with Dyson’s customer service. The support experience was frustrating and disrespectful. I hope that by posting this review, someone from the company will finally reach out to resolve the issue, as I’m still within the warranty period and simply want a working product.

Went to this center recommended from the contact center to try to fix my vacuum cleaner trigger after warranty ran out. Went there 20 min before the open and one person lined up before me. So it was a quick one and will need wait for 2 weeks for part to arrive and get notification. All positive and let's see what happens after 2 weeks.

Came to them to fix lead and some issue with my Dyson V15
It was still under warranty, they replaced the lid and tank for garbage and some other parts for free.
It took them 10 min
Be prepared to stay in line 20-30 min as they have limited capability

My experience was honestly great. But I also want to thank the people that left stress-filled reviews because they prepared me for the worst. I took a day off, came as early as possible for myself (11:30am) and there was a small line of 2-3 people ahead of me.
There were 5 associates trying to help customers out. It seemed one of them was brought in from outside the country, so they have brought reinforcements to improve the service.
I had a motor issue, and they let me know in detail how they were planning on dealing with. First testing, then dismantling it, and also letting me know if they had to dismantle it even further by opening screws. They let me know that if it's a replacement job that it would be done quick if they have the part, otherwise I would have to come back and pick it up. The other option may have required me to get a ticket and come back later in the day while they worked on it.
I was lucky, they had the part and replaced it. I was also under warranty. And I was out of there by around 12pm.
So, go early and take time off if possible to wait.
