The power button stopped working around 2 months ago and I gave it in under warranty to be repaired so after one month they called me and sent another vacuum to my address but the new vacuum didn't connect to the main solid pipe so I returned it to the service center and explained that to one of the staff members whose name was Maryam. She was so nice and kind and after minutes she came back with the new vacuum that was not refurbished. I was so angry but her behaviour calmed me down. I am so happy to solve my problem and appreciate her and her service.

My Air straight stopped working properly after 6 months of use. I spent the remainder of my 2 year warranty trying to deal with the worst customer service agents who barely speak English. They kept sending me mailing labels with the wrong address on them. I dropped it off at the courier and it showed up back at my doorstep! They put my address on the mailing label! How ridiculous is that. I would get so frustrated and need a break from calling them, and then the hours for the service centre in Mississauga are during the average persons working hours making it very difficult to go there in person when you live out of town. They’re not even open on weekends. Here I am now without a working Dyson product. Very easy to buy a product from Dyson, but hope you never have an issue with it!
