  I came in with a non-functioning Airwrap after numerous very discouraging phone consultations with the general Dyson technical support. Lily helped me here and was an absolute pleasure to work with - she heard me out and resolved the issue quickly and effectively in less than 10 minutes. I was originally thinking I would never buy another Dyson product again after my initial experience with the third-party online support team - this location has restored my faith in the company and I witnessed that some wonderful staff will stand behind their product and do what they can to have satisfied customer. 10/10 stars to lily and her associate this morning. Thanks!

  I was apprehensive of the repair cost but Mariam Absolutely surprised me with her great service and prompt repair of the vacuum cleaner without any charge.

  My Dyson hair dryer stopped working during the warranty period, so customer service sent me a replacement. The replacement was clearly used, with visible spots and damage — not new as promised. I went to the Dyson service center in Mississauga to resolve this in person. The employee, Brittany, was completely incompetent and rude. I clearly showed her the damage and explained that I’m not stupid for noticing it, yet she dismissed me with “I don’t know about that.” Her response was insulting, unprofessional, and made it painfully obvious that she has no idea how to handle even a simple warranty issue. Brittany, your attitude and lack of competence turned a straightforward replacement into a frustrating ordeal. Dyson management, this is exactly the kind of employee behavior that needs attention.

  I have a Dyson V11 that is still under warranty,purchased April 2025, from Walmart Canada it now operates intermittently, called Dyson Canada, apparently the ser# is from the U.S., the same serial # was registered in 2024 with a different profile, ? made numerous phone calls, followed by numerous transfers, sent pictures of receipt, sales order, only to be told today by a customer service supervisor that our claim sounds/looks " fishy", as the pics are blurry and they would not honour the warranty. He did not ask us to resend the pics of sales receipt. There was also mention that Walmart is not a recognized distributor? Dyson obviously sold to Walmart??This is our second Dyson Stick vaccum, we still use our first one. This whole experience was very negative, terrible customer service, I believe so much more could have been done to help resolve this issue

  I visited today to get my Dyson fan repaired, and Maryam was amazing. She diagnosed the problem right away and gave me advice on how to avoid it in the future. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience stress-free. Really appreciate her exceptional service!
