  Our experience with the Missisauga BLINDSI TO GO was excellent. The installer (Paul) was punctual the day of installation and one could tell he was an expert in hanging the blinds. He was personable and waited until my conference call was completed to install the last blind in my office area. He set up the remotes, tested them to ensure they worked correctly and asked where we wanted the remote bracket to be installed for each set of blinds. Many thanks for the superior service!

  I spent over $5,000 on 11 custom blinds from the Mississauga location, and began experiencing issues within weeks of installation. Nearly half of the blinds were defective. Multiple service visits followed, yet repairs either failed or made things worse - one blind was returned in worse condition than before. This dragged on for months and caused repeated disruption to my household. What’s especially frustrating is that the motorized blinds worked perfectly, while the easy-lift blinds repeatedly failed, particularly on larger windows. I even paid additional out-of-pocket costs to convert three defective blinds to motorized - yet I was still left with unresolved issues and asked to either accept ongoing repairs or pay again to upgrade. After significant time investment, repeated visits, and continued defects, this experience fell far short of reasonable expectations for “custom” blinds, especially at this price point and for products marketed as Made in Canada. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you’re prepared for ongoing defects, repeated service visits, and resistance when problems arise.
