- AAaero2 days ago1.0Sneakily charged $20/month for insurance, I asked why and they said I never provided proof of home insurance. I told them it was never asked of me otherwise I would have. Their reply was "it says here you were asked". Why would I not provide something so simple if it were asked of me?! Unfortunately, it went unnoticed for far too long and the manager didn't even have the balls to call me back to talk about it. Avoid these snakes, lots of other options out there.
