  We kept calling the security but no one responded. Someone crashed through the garage door and it was so cold while we loaded our cars. The door wouldn’t close.

  Lied to by the manager! Called in the morning to get a storage unit, answered by an AI. I left my contact details. I waited for 2 hours, nobody called back. I called again 2x and was finally able to speak to a customer agent. I explained to him my situation. I was transferred right away to the 9th line location line. It was almost 2 p.m. and I was told by the agent that he would transfer my call to the manager of the location. I explained to the manager that I am 5-10 mins away from their location. She put me on hold. Then she came back on the line noting that they are unable to entertain my rental application since they are closed at 2 p.m. due to the holidays and that they also have appointments to go to. She added that they have to set up a code for me and get payment. She told me to call back Saturday when they are open. I asked if I can get a code from their call centre agent if I call them again. She said YES! So right away I called the call centre line, tried numerous times again, and finally spoke to someone around 3 p.m. The lady I spoke to explained that they can only assist me in the rental and payment but not the creation of a code!

  had an amazing experience at Access Store & Mansion. The service was outstanding from start to finish — the staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I found exactly what I needed. The place is well‑organized, clean, and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and customer care. Highly recommended.

  Because this is the first time I am using a storage, I had so many questions. Sarah and Miruna were so patient with me and took their time to explain everything to me in details as well as take me round the facility to show me a couple of different units with varying sizes. They provided top class customer service displaying high level of professionalism with a friendly and positive attitude. I had a great experience and highly recommend this facility if you live around Erin Mills.

  I had a very unpleasant experience at Access Storage due to a staff member specially a lady named Miruna. Not sure if she is recently hired but her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, and she clearly lacks basic manners when speaking with customers. Instead of being helpful, her tone was dismissive and disrespectful, which made the situation uncomfortable. Customer service should be a priority, and this experience fell far below expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper customer service training.
