  Honestly, such a great experience. Sarah AlSaudi was super friendly and easy to deal with, and you can tell they really care about the details. Everything was done on time just like they said. I’ll definitely be coming back and would 100% recommend them!

  My visit to access storage on ninth line was incredible Miruna was very kind and friendly she made the process so easy and smooth and I was very impressed with how the store/facility was kept clean

  We had an excellent experience at Access Storage – Mississauga Ninth Line. Sara Al Saudi was absolutely outstanding! She was extremely professional, very informative, and took the time to truly understand our needs. She carefully walked us through all the storage size options to make sure we made the right decision, rather than just rushing us into something. Sara went above and beyond to ensure we felt confident and comfortable with our choice. Her patience, knowledge, and willingness to walk the extra mile really stood out. A+ service all the way. Highly recommended!

  Absolutely the worst storage experience I’ve ever had. Access Storage operates with zero transparency, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. From the moment I signed up, it felt like every step was designed to squeeze more money out of me. Prices jump without warning, communication is inconsistent, and the customer service team seems more interested in deflecting responsibility than actually helping. The facility itself is poorly managed, long wait times, unresponsive staff, and a complete lack of professionalism. When issues come up, they disappear or blame the customer instead of fixing the problem. What’s most frustrating is the way they handle billing. Hidden fees, unexplained charges, and no clear breakdown unless you chase them for answers. It’s exhausting and unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Access Storage. There are plenty of other companies that actually treat customers with honesty and respect.
