  I rented 4 large storage units and paid for 3 months in advance. When I booked, I was told “no worries” and that I would receive all the access details by email — but I never received any access code. On the second day, during a snowstorm, I drove to the facility. It was snowing heavily, so I briefly parked near the entrance and went inside just to reach the office and sort out the access issue. Instead of helping, an employee came up to me shouting in a very disrespectful way, telling me to leave because I didn’t have a code. I went straight to the office to explain the situation, but the regional manager simply supported the employee’s behavior rather than helping resolve the issue. When I asked for a refund, I was told it would take a week to get my money back — after they failed to provide the access they promised in the first place. Poor communication, no customer support, and extremely unprofessional behavior. I wouldn’t even give one star.

  I am a regular customer and I brought my friend for him to rent a new unit however the office was closed for morning for today, Feb 12, as all staff was on off site training. The training didn't work as when I returned in the afternoon, the staff was really rude. The company should make sure they provide training after hours or weekend. I lost time and money due to office closed. Staff needs to be more polite as well.
