I felt the employees onsite were nice and helpful enough given the situation. I was informed that the District Manager would be following up with me but that did not happen so perhaps it was not important to them.

He assisted me in getting the perfect rental price on my existing unit and was quick to get an answer from his Manger for me. And follow up was quick and professional. The staff at this facility are amazing and quite excited to help you any time I have been there. Robin as well always helps me when Needed. I have been a customer here for over a year now. Amazing service!!!!
