- ASAshley SMar 20, 20261.0I sent my blow dryer to the Mississauga service centre on February 6 and was told it would take 14–21 business days. It’s now well past that, and I’ve had zero updates. I’ve been calling every week since I sent it in, and every time I’m told there’s no information. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I’d get a call back… never did. I’ve also called the repair centre directly and left multiple voicemails with no response. At this point, it genuinely feels like my blow dryer has been lost or just completely overlooked. What’s frustrating is I know someone who sent theirs in after me and already got it back. I rely on this tool for my work, so not having it is actually affecting my income and my clients. It’s not just inconvenient, it’s stressful. I didn’t expect this level of poor communication from a company like Dyson. I just want answers, or at the very least, someone to actually follow up.
