Outstanding Service from Start to Finish: We worked with Jas from Blinds To Go to install blinds and shutters throughout our new home, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the very beginning, Jas took the time to truly understand our needs. He walked us through all our options, helped us visualize how each style would look in our space, and went out of his way to make sure we got the best possible deal on everything we ordered.
Because we were arranging all of this before taking possession of the house, timing was tricky — but Jas made it easy. He coordinated the measurement appointment at the exact time we were able to access the home, which was incredibly helpful. Throughout the process, he communicated clearly, checked in regularly, and kept us updated every step of the way. He even followed up after installation to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy with the final result.
The measurement and installation were fast, professional, and very well done. Now that we’ve lived with the blinds for a week, we can confidently say they’re excellent quality, durable, and look beautiful in every room. The blackout blinds in the bedrooms are especially great — they block out light perfectly and make a noticeable difference.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Jas and Blinds To Go to anyone looking for great products, great service, and someone who genuinely cares about getting things right.

After a terrible experience with a lady called Nikita who was ignoring all our calls and texts post delivery of my blinds being ordered through her, I randomly called a store and had multiple discussions and even stopped by at this particular store to discuss my problems and dealt with Shreni Chheda. I was so pleasantly surprised at how wonderfully cooperative she was… she listened … helped me out… reached out to me via email and call multiple times to come up with a solution to solve my problems as I had a bit of a unique situation. She unilaterally dealt with me… solved my issues… had the blinds picked up… repaired and addressed and had them put back too! Truly gratefully to Shreni for helping me out! If you want to deal with Blinds to go… I definitely recommend going to her!!!
I had a very inappropriate experience. My husband and I had an in home consultation with Gabriela for a skylight blind. She explained that it would take some forceful effort to open and close the blind manually. She gestured to him and said “you would have to be the one to do it, use your muscles and pull it across”
Implying that I would not be capable. I was shocked by this. Strength and fitness is actually part of my business, what I practice and teach others. If I am not capable of opening and closing a blind, there is something faulty with your blinds. There is definitely something faulty with your sales representative making sexist statements. It’s 2026, sexism should not exist here. I definitely do not tolerate it in my home and ironically this occurred on International Women’s Day. I would not support a business that tolerates or supports this, and I hope others do the same.

This is not the first time I have made purchases at Blinds to Go Mississauga and Dundas. The staff there are amazing and every time I have needed help, they came through efficiently! This time I needed a new wand and S Kaur gave me one that was no longer needed and I took it home, and it worked!! I was so thrilled and so incredibly pleased with her assistance! I highly recommend Blinds to Go! I have never been disappointed!
