  I had a mixed bag experience here. The good: 1. The service personnel showed and explained everything very patiently. They really made me understand what it takes to set up curtains for my place with tall ceilings. 2. The installation expert, Charlie was a pro. Arrived on time, completed the installation swiftly and efficiently. The not-so-good: 1. We first requested a quotation for both curtains and curtain rod. But as it was above our price range - we decided to go with curtain rod alone and use the cheaper curtains we had already bought - even though blinds to go quality was better, just that it wasn’t in our affordable range. The treatment towards us immediately shifted, I felt and there was a sense of reluctance in service. 2. As we did not buy the curtains from them, the service personnel told us “our technician will install the rod but you have to install curtains on your own” - even though we pay the same installation price. That did not make sense. But Charlie thankfully installed it for us. 3. There was an installation part which we were asked to buy 3 pieces of - that costed a 100$ but we were told the technician may use only one or two but not all 3. So I asked can I return the unused ones. They said NO. Question is why would I pay 60$+ for parts I didn’t use. I want to go back here but I doubt I will, unless they correct these inconsistencies

  Jas was very helpful and professional. Also I was very impressed and pleased with the installer Charlie. He was prompt and left no mess. We are pleased with the blinds.

  The purchase and installation were great. Jas was very helpful with the selection, colour selection and giving options. The blinds came with extra parts I know were not ordered by our technician and as a result the blinds were too long. Paul our technician dealt with the issues easily. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. He is very organized with his work, works very cleanly, took all the garbage and I would not hesitate to order again. Thank you to Paul and Jas for the great work.

  We have ordered the new blinds at “Blinds to go”store Mississauga location and I dealt with Sonny. He was excellent; very helpful , knowledgeable and kind. Some time ago we also ordered blinds in the same location and he found all dimensions of our previous order. It was easy to choose a new blinds based on a new technology and Sonny’s recommendations. His services was exceptional. Strongly recommend.
