My Wife call this store on Saturday, a lady answered the phone we needed to purchase a Microwave she said they have two in stock we specifically told her we live in Brampton and we need the microwave today if we can pick it up today at the Brampton store she said yes so we bought the microwave online then we followed up with the order after call constantly for about Three hours they finally picked up the phone and told us we have to pick it up in Milton when I call the Brampton Store they said the truck comes once a week so we will get it next Saturday so I called the Milton store asking to speak to the manager he is in a meeting all lies from the beginning to the end I didn’t know you have to lie to customers to get a sales, Worst experience of my life not going back to the Brick .

Pawan did an excellent job helping us find the perfect couch. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely so nice throughout the entire process. He even helped move furniture around so we could really see what would look best in our space, which made such a difference in helping us decide. We never felt rushed or pressured, and his professionalism and attention to detail made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with Pawan!

I purchased a bed from The Brick and it broke within an hour of assembly. When I returned to the store to request a refund, I was told refunds were not an option; only an exchange for the exact same bed. No store credit, no refund, despite the product being clearly defective.
I was told the exchange would take some time to process and that I could either wait in the store or receive a call back. I chose the call back. After waiting four hours with no response, I called the store myself and asked to speak with a manager. I was again told they couldn’t help me and that a manager would call me back.
It has now been over 24 hours with no call. Given their three-day return policy, this feels like they are intentionally delaying. I am left with no bed, no resolution, and an extremely poor customer experience. This situation feels unacceptable, and I have lost all trust in a company I would have otherwise considered for future purchases. I will not be shopping here again.

Great experience and communication start to finish. Sanjay was responsive and kept me updated on my special order washer/dryer. Delivery scheduling was also good and instructions were clear. The delivery drivers were both excellent and were in and out very quickly and made sure that mats were laid out to avoid a mess. Great experience

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
