    I had an excellent experience at The Brick with salesman Sanjay . He is very knowledgeable and explains all the benefits of the adjustable bed . I am a nurse and he knew all the health benefits . I highly recommend Sanjay if you are visiting the Brick

    Edit: I sent them every detail they asked for after their review response, and it went nowhere. They just pointed me back to their policy link. A complete waste of time. I bought several furniture pieces here three years ago and added the warranty because the salesperson promised it was refundable if unused. When it expired, I learned it’s not a refund but store credit. Annoying, but fine. What felt unfair was finding out the credit expires 90 days after the warranty ends. I got plenty of promo emails over the years, but nothing about the credit deadline. I went back about a month late and was told it was gone. I accept my part for not catching the fine print, but the whole process felt unclear and misleading. If you’re buying a warranty here, read everything carefully and set reminders, because unfortunately the way it’s sold does not match how it works later.

    I recently purchased furniture from The Brick and paid extra for delivery and installation. The delivery team completed the setup but refused to remove the empty boxes and packaging. When I called customer service, I was told that packaging removal is not included — which was never explained to me at the time of purchase. I find this very disappointing, as most customers would reasonably expect installation to include cleanup, especially after paying additional fees. Leaving behind large amounts of packaging creates inconvenience and gives the impression of poor service. I hope The Brick will review this policy or make it clearly stated before customers pay for delivery .

    Very Disappointed – Misleading Pricing and No Price Match Support I recently purchased a mattress from The Brick for $1,199. The salesperson applied a “10% discount” for buying additional items, which brought the price down to $1,079. I was told this was a special promotional savings. A few days later, I noticed the exact same mattress listed on The Brick’s own website for $1,079, with no extra purchase required. In other words, the “discount” I was given was not actually a discount at all — it was the regular selling price. When I requested a price adjustment, the store refused, even though it’s: The same item Sold by the same retailer Advertised at a lower price Within the normal post-purchase adjustment period This experience felt misleading and very disappointing. I expected The Brick to stand behind its pricing policies and treat customers fairly, but that did not happen. I will be reconsidering future purchases and recommending that others double-check pricing online before buying in store.

    I had a very disappointing experience at The Brick. We bought three items together — a bed, a mattress, and a pillow — and paid for everything at the same time. After we paid, the salesperson MR PAVAN and manager MR KAPOOR told us, “You can take the pillow now and the rest will be delivered on Saturday.” But then they whispered to each other and suddenly said, “Oh, we have to manage the bill and make some adjustments, so you can take the pillow a day after tomorrow.” The next day, we received a call to pick up the pillow. When I went to collect it, they gave me a completely different pillow — I had bought a black pillow, but they handed me a light grey one instead. When I spoke to Mr. PAVAN, the same salesperson who dealt with me the first day, he was extremely rude and dismissive, not even willing to listen. He just said, “ok okkk show me the other pillow,” in a very disrespectful tone. Another manager, who wasn’t even aware of our case, showed me some random pillows, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. It’s been 5 days, and every time we call to talk to a manager, no one comes to the phone. It’s not about the $100 pillow — it’s about their dishonesty and unprofessional behaviour. We bought one thing, and they tried to give us another while insisting it’s the same. The way they handled everything was extremely disappointing. The Brick should be ashamed of such poor customer service and lack of honesty.
