    I wanted to buy closet doors. I had already sent my wife in while I find a parking. I called her after parking and she told me to come to shelve #60. As I entered I found #45 ,so I kept walking towards it but found the numbers to be reducing. The I look on the right side and found numbers further reducing. I traveled across the entire store and found the numbers in 60's. It's not normal to have numbers so wide apart than one has to travel all the way across the store to find corresponding numbers.

    the customer service is some of the worst i’ve seen. I was waiting in the paint section for up to 15 minutes with that stupid bell ringing and nobody would come to assist. 15. Minutes! That is actually ridiculous and highly infuriating. someone’s already called on the announcement three times and yet no employee would even help, even if not in the paint section.

    Unpleasant experience along with a total waste of time. Found a door handle I wanted to purchase online, it showed there were 9 at the Milton store. There was only one person to help and he was busy with a customer for about 15-20 minutes without even acknowledging that I was waiting and just wanted to ask a quick question. After I got to another customer service, they kept me waiting for 30-45 minutes in store, they just told me we can’t find it. Waste of time and effort and false marketing on the website.
