    For a job well done by Deana Baily. I can't tell you how happy we were to get our new LG fridge from The Brick. Great price point with on time as promised delivery. The guys even took the old one away. Highly recommend going there again Thanks again Deana. She shoots she scores. TTFN - Will H.

    Had a great experience with Deana at the midland store. I went in twice as I was unsure the first time and both times Deana was very helpful We had a few things in common that we chatted about. We even shared some pet photos. That was fun. In the end I walked out with a new sofa and chair. I would recommend Deana to anyone. Great employee. Sue Smith

    Tim was incredibly helpful and kind while assisting us in finding the perfect couch and pillows. He was professional, personable, and genuinely nice throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was his honesty—he truly wanted to make sure we found what worked best for us rather than just making a sale.     Papa James said we could save more money if we came back for the VIP event (which didn't end up saving us anything) so we scheduled to come back for 330pm on the day of the event. He was busy with another costumer for an hour. I finally told him at 415pm that I had to be at home and online to work by 5pm. He and the woman behind the counter started giving me stink eyes.. why did you make us come in for an appointment time if you were just going to make us watch you help other customers and the only question I asked him was how much the total cost of the bed was going to be. I had to ask him 4 times before he finally came back with the answer. He kept saying he would look it up and come back but then he would help the other customers again and come back to us and completely forget that I asked him 3 times already for the total price of the mattress. Then he and the woman behind the counter started getting real chummy and even slower when they realized I was upset about waiting when I could've just ordered the bed online and saved another 50 bucks and 2 hours of my time. My suggestion go check out the beds in the store and go home and buy online it will be faster and you won't have to deal with the lack of customer service they provide.
