Had a great experience with Deana at the midland store. I went in twice as I was unsure the first time and both times Deana was very helpful We had a few things in common that we chatted about. We even shared some pet photos. That was fun. In the end I walked out with a new sofa and chair. I would recommend Deana to anyone. Great employee.

Papa James said we could save more money if we came back for the VIP event (which didn't end up saving us anything) so we scheduled to come back for 330pm on the day of the event. He was busy with another costumer for an hour. I finally told him at 415pm that I had to be at home and online to work by 5pm. He and the woman behind the counter started giving me stink eyes.. why did you make us come in for an appointment time if you were just going to make us watch you help other customers and the only question I asked him was how much the total cost of the bed was going to be. I had to ask him 4 times before he finally came back with the answer. He kept saying he would look it up and come back but then he would help the other customers again and come back to us and completely forget that I asked him 3 times already for the total price of the mattress. Then he and the woman behind the counter started getting real chummy and even slower when they realized I was upset about waiting when I could've just ordered the bed online and saved another 50 bucks and 2 hours of my time. My suggestion go check out the beds in the store and go home and buy online it will be faster and you won't have to deal with the lack of customer service they provide.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
