It’s refreshing to see a business with helpful employees. We’re building a house, and when deciding where to buy materials, the customer service at this Rona was the deciding factor to buy from them over Home Depot.
Alex and the other guys at the contractor desk are welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with.
All other Rona’s need to take notes from this one, this owner has got it figured out.

Been waiting almost 2 weeks for a washer and dryer that we purchased, and was promised two Fridays ago. Where is the truck? We don’t know, and neither does the staff. How can the store manager not know when the truck comes in. Unreal staff with absolutely no clue what’s going on in this store.

They gave accurate estimates, and timely delivery for composite deck materials.
I love their garden center too. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the selection is wonderful.

How much time will it take to process my order?
