The Brick worst delivery service ever. I've called as they haven't arrived within the window of 1:30 & 4:30. No communication whatsoever, even though it states they will contact you if there are delays. When I check the app they're still 5 deliveries away. Looking like an 8pm delivery at this point. Tepperman's blows these guys out of the water. Lesson learned.
Had they communicated I wouldn't be so pissed.

My partner and I Purchased a bed frame from here unfortunately i can’t remember the salespersons name but they were awesome to deal with and helped us put the order in online. We had to wait a couple weeks for pick up and when it arrived I swung by to pick it up by myself at 8:15pm and noticed on the door that pickups only till 8 I still tried my luck with the bell and Samuel answered, he was super cool with allowing me to pick it up still and even helped me load all the boxes up into my vehicle. you guys got a great team there 5 stars from us 🤘

We purchased on online only couch from The Brick and paid $2000 tax inc. The couch had to be built out of the box and was easy enough. Our issue is the couch is very low quality, the couch is extremely low to the ground, the cushions do not provide any support on the seat, back or armrests. The seat cushions have a Velcro strip to hold them in place but they are in different spots on the couch vs the cushion and instead of connecting they cross. The back rest cushion is also very low and does not stay in place and the arm rests get pushed off the the side of the couch. I tried to leave a review on this "new" item on their website and could not find it listed anymore so I attempted to leave the review on the green chair that matches but that review was not approved as I can not find it the website. It's too bad because the couch looks cute and the 2 footstool cushions are firmer than the couch.
We also ordered a dishwasher which is working great but I had called numerous times and left 2 messages on a machine to find out how we schedule pick up and did not get a call back until I finally reached someone a week later after my 5th try to get a hold of customer service.

I hope you never have to deal with a warranty claim with this company, especially if you end up working with Cherrie Alywin. It took nearly four months just to get my mattress replaced, and I'm still waiting for a resolution on my box spring. I've emailed her at least 10 times over a few months with no response, which has left me extremely frustrated. Now I'm throwing my 3 year old boxspring into the garbage because thats where it belongs. This is the last time I ever step foot into the brick.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
