  At the store, Leo was amazing. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, without pressure. He also made sure my recliner (which is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned) was delivered the next day. Leo definitely went the extra mile to help me get what I needed. The guys who delivered the chair were also extremely professional, getting the recliner into my apartment building and set up quickly, taking away all garbage with them. They were in and out in 10 minutes. All in all, I'm really glad I went to Leon's.

  Had a chair delivered by these guys and top notch service. The chair is lovely, the delivery guys were great. I went to give them a tip after they delivered it and they were already gone. I ordered a similar chair delivered from another store recently and the guys wanted us to move all the vehicles before they would deliver the chair. These guys literally had the chair at my door before even knocking. 10/10 and my ma loves the chair.

  I recently purchased a washer and had a great experience from start to finish. Isaiah was incredibly helpful and made the online purchasing process smooth and easy. The delivery team—Phil and Colton—were amazing as well. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new washer. Thank you all for such excellent service!

  I have been a Leon’s customer for several years. I recently purchased a washing machine for a rental property and paid for the washing machine installation and haul away of the old washer. The Leon’s delivery people dropped the machine in the front hallway of the rental unit and then did not complete the haul away. Instead of speaking to the tenants about why they were not doing the haul away I had to call Leon’s customer service to be informed that they in fact don’t do a haul away if the machine is not prepared to them. At no point was this highlighted to me when I paid for the haul away. I then asked if they could go back and retrieve the old washer to which I was told they would not do a haul away after they had left. Honestly the worst customer experience I’ve had to date. As a landlord that does live in the city, I was very disappointed in how Leon’s provided their service and will likely not be purchasing from them again.

  I have always had a great experience with Leon’s,The company is well organized and the service was smooth and efficient. Special thanks to Sales Associate Laura Clayworth for her professionalism and attention to detail. The delivery team today was friendly, professional, and very precise in their work, and they arrived exactly on time. Everything was handled smoothly and with care. Truly excellent service thank you
