I dealt with Ryan and he was outstanding, I came up short on the project and left a message for Ryan. He called back right away and worked with me to get next day delivery so I could get the job done without delay. They were on time and great to deal with. Highly recommend!
- MMMMApr 18, 20211.0Ordered 4 yards of small river stones which vary from 1" to 2" according to their web site, but it was delivered a mix of river stones form 1" to 6". What am I supposed to do with those huge stones? Avoid this company.
- DDDeirdre DixonJul 5, 20191.0Picked up a 2 yards of topsoil yesterday. The company transport truck hit the trailer attached to my truck damaging the gate. Since he pushed me into the lane of traffic I made my turn. When I returned to the store they refused to acknowledge the damage done to my trailer. And since I didn't chase down the transport and get a license plate the store is denying everything. I will never shop here again.
- BIBurcu IltanNov 7, 20131.0I specifically asked for sandy topsoil, I received clay topsoil instead. There is no drainage. When I called they claimed it is heavy because of the rain, and nothing to do with clay. I can make a clay pot out of this soil. They offered no solution to this problem.

To place an order online, log-in, confirm your selected branch, and then add products to your cart. Once you have added items to your cart, then move to checkout. You may place an order for pickup or delivery.

You can see order status on the Open Orders and the Order History pages in the Account Dashboard. This will include all orders, not just those placed online. For more details on a pending order, please contact your selected branch.
How does the Buy Online, Pick Up in Branch process work?
When ordering online, select a SiteOne branch location for Pick Up. You’ll get an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, and an Order Ready notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
Is local delivery available when I buy online?
SiteOne offers local delivery on most orders within 60 miles of the branch. A delivery charge may apply
What if I need to return an item that I ordered?
To return any items, bring your order receipt with you to the SiteOne branch location where you picked up your order. Please refer to SiteOne’s current https://www.siteone.com/returns for details.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?
For pick up, please bring a government-issued photo ID and your order number or the Order Ready notification email.
Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for pick up?
Your order will remain available for a maximum of seven days from the first time you receive an Order Ready notification email. Orders not claimed after seven days may be subject to cancellation.
