  Kind and thoughtful. I had to buy this bed due to a very sudden stage 4 metastatic colon cancer diagnosis in my husband. They were so kind and understanding about setting it up in our livingroom. They were even sweet when my young son wanted to show them his gecko.

  While the person we primarily interacted with in the store was wonderful, the whole experience was very poor. After paying in full for a couch last July, the delivery date kept being pushed back by months with no end in sight. Leon's refused to return our money without forfeiting everything. We eventually persuaded them to give us a floor model from a different store that they said would take 2 weeks (actually took 4) and would only give us $150 off which was such a tiny amount compared to the cost of a leather couch, the 8 months they had our money, and the fact that it was a floor model rather than a new product. I will not be returning and I strongly suggest that nobody else pays in advance for furniture that may take a long time to arrive.

  We ordered a stove online that was supposed to be in stocks or that's what it states. The day before it was supposed to be delivered they tell me it's not in stocks and they might deliver by mid March, but they're not sure. I can't get a refund and I can't order a stove that will get here sooner. We are eating take out because a stove is essential. Do not trust Leon's if you need to get what you have ordered on time or with a known arrival date. This is unacceptable and the worst customer experience. Never again.

  We went into Leon’s on Monday night and were greeted by Dennis (I believe that was his name), the ultimate dad-joke connoisseur. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and ready with a steady stream of classic dad humor that honestly made the whole experience more fun. He was incredibly helpful in assisting my boyfriend and me with choosing a new bedframe. He quickly checked stock for the one we were interested in and let us know we could even take it home that same night, which was a huge bonus. Checkout was quick and easy. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience with great customer service and some solid dad jokes to top it off. Would definitely recommend!

  0 Star. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I purchased a mattress that turned out to be uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, During the purchase process, I was given incorrect information, which directly influenced my decision to buy this mattress. Based on what I was told, I felt confident moving forward. However, after the purchase, I realized the information provided was inaccurate. When I contacted the store to request a return, they showed zero flexibility and no willingness to offer any reasonable solution. Customers expect transparency and support — not rigid policies and indifference after payment is made. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this store. Reliability and customer care were clearly not a priority here.
