Purchased a recliner (because of the warranty shown) without Leon's extended warranty and within a year both armrests needed to be replaced. After waiting a few months for replacements to be shipped from manufacturer in Vietnam. Both armrests were replaced and have since broken again and now the mechanism doesn't work to recline. Customer service supervisor informed me that I would be responsible to pay for shipping the parts (from Vietnam) and the labour to fix broken mechanism even though warranty shows 3 years. Supervisor told me they wouldn't purchase anything without the Leon's extended warranty.

The only way I could leave a review was to give one star when I would actually give them no stars! Nothing but trouble from the day of purchase! Priced a bedroom suite and mattress. Took a day to think about it, when we returned the price jumped $2000 due to salesman quoting wrong size mattress and then taxes. Needed it quick so we agreed to go ahead. Promised delivery in one week. Got the bed and mattress but nothing else! After countless phone calls and 2 months later, dressers were delivered yesterday- one was damaged and no bedside tables. Now in another battle to get it replaced and delivered before family arrive for Christmas. First and last purchase there! May even return everything depending on how long it takes to get the last pieces. I will also be sure to tell everyone and anyone to NEVER use Leon’s!

I’m extremely unhappy with my recent experience at Leo’s Furniture in London. I bought two sofas after being told they were genuine leather, only to find out later they are fake. I also purchased extra insurance that turned out to be useless when I needed help. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I want other customers to be aware and careful when making a purchase

I had to click on 1 star to submit the review. ZERO STARS!! I recently purchased a GE Stove from Leon's: October 19th - My stove breaks unexpectedly and leaks gas into my house. I disconnect and throw it away. October 20th - I purchased a GE Stove online - Confirmation email was sent from my credit card company. No email was sent from Leons confirming this purchase. October 27th - Still no email or phone call from Leons confirming the purchase so I call the store and am directed to the Shipping Dept. The rep in Shipping set up a delivery date and said the stove is in stock no problem. October 30th - Stove arrives and the delivery team would not even take it out of the truck because it was all scratched up and looks as though it was used. They said "it's disgusting and I can't bring this into your home, it's not right". They informed me to call the store immediately so I did, and the store told me they have to wait for the truck to come back so they can inspect the stove and review the delivery team's report. November 3rd - Still no phone call from Leon's so I sent an email. I received a phone call from shipping to set up an appointment for the stove delivery that he said IS in stock. So I asked him, how can I trust that this is not the same stove you already tried to sell me that was a used piece of shit?. He says "let me call you back". So he calls back and says " yes, this IS the same stove so I won't be delivering this to you". I said I would like a stove delivered to me asap as I currently do not have one. He said he was going to "check with management" regarding a free upgrade to fix this. November 4th @ 10:32am - I receive a phone call from someone in the appliance dept (not a manager) asking if I would like my money back or select another model and pay the upcharge. I said , I was informed I was waiting for a manager to call me back to talk this over so why are you calling me?. He said "do you want to speak to a manager?", I said yes. Then he said "I'll have her call you" and hung up. November 4th @ 1:08pm - I receive a phone call from "Nick" who was an assistant manager, not a manager. He found me a stove ( not the colour I require) and for the same price, no upgrade what so ever. I am so fed up with this place, I just caved and agreed without any sort of compensation for my experience. ***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE - RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!***

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Leon’s London, ON. On October 20th, we purchased a brand-new GE stove online after our old one broke. We received no confirmation email and had to call the store myself over a week later to even get a delivery date. When the stove finally arrived on October 30th, the delivery team refused to unload it because it was scratched, filthy, and clearly used. They told me directly that it wasn’t right to deliver it in that condition. What’s worse — when I followed up, Leon’s tried to re-deliver the exact same damaged stove instead of replacing it with a new one. After multiple calls and emails, I’ve still had no resolution and no call back from management. It’s been over two weeks without a stove and without proper communication. This entire situation has been incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. I truly expected better from Leon’s. Update: The Manager refuses to speak with us, and we were offered a different stove (not the one we wanted) that is the same price - no discount, not even an apology for the inconvenience. We will never buy anything from Leon's again. Customer service is so important, it is sad that they just don't care!
