My last experience with leons was horrible. The sales rep was awesome, but the manager had poor customer service. We were waiting for our fridge to finally arrive. The day of our scheduled delivery, no fridge and no phone call to update us. I called that evening and left a message, but no one called back. I came into the store to complain, I found the manager was rude and he didn't even offer his apologies for the inconvenience. We take time off work to wait for delivery and they DO NOT CARE. I asked for a refund. I am taking my business somewhere else. Plenty of furniture stores in London.

The Good:
- The sales rep we dealt with, Sangeeta, was incredibly friendly and polite, great customer service... with one exception
- The delivery team was similarly polite and professional
The Bad:
- In store stated the couch I bought (Haven 3 seat recliner) was 50% off of its normal price. However an online price tracker said it's never been more than a few hundred dollars more than what I paid. Leon's is lying about this deal, either that or they jacked the price up to double what it should be for the minimum time before they could put it back down to the "real" price and tell customers it's a discount. We were told by the sales rep what a good deal this is and I feel lied to. Someone working in the store every day would know that it is always selling for about this price.
- Delivery was a logistical nightmare. I was given a delivery window and a link to a tracking website and it was immediately obvious they would not be able to make my delivery window based on the current time and number of deliveries ahead of me. TRYING TO GET ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THIS WAS IMPOSSIBLE. You cannot call the store. It goes right to voicemail. Their online support was useless other than telling me that they do not deliver after 5. I left three voicemails and someone finally called me back at 6:45, nearly THREE HOURS after the END of my delivery window, to tell me they were delayed because of weather but would deliver the couch tonight.
Excuse me? We live in Canada, is it surprising the roads get icy in December? What a pathetic excuse. Fix your tracker. It continued to say there were 2 deliveries ahead of me WHEN THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE IN MY HOME. I got a message at 11am THE NEXT DAY saying they were on their way.
Communication was HORRIBLE. You give me a window for delivery from 12-4 but it was after 8 PM when they showed up and NOBODY contacted me to let me know and even the online tracker was inaccurate.

The delivery crew were amazing, quick and efficient. The crew assembled the sectional and apologized for the late delivery due to truck breaking down. Love the tracking feature that was offered. Our salesman, Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful when selecting our sectional couch as well. I would highly recommend Leon's for their furniture and delivery service.

During what was an incredibly hectic holiday season, Amanda has been the only sales person who truly showed empathy for my situation. My mother has been extremely unwell and I have been beyond stressed. Amanda met me with such kindness, patience, and understanding. She responded quickly and went above and beyond to help me with a return when I really needed support.
Her warmth and compassion genuinely made my Christmas. Because of Amanda and her excellent customer service, I will 100% - without a doubt - be shopping at Leon’s again. Employees like her are a true credit to the company.

We ordered a fireplace October 30. Our salesman (who was very nice) said it would be a month to receive. Okay. November 30th arrives and no message or call. My husband calls and was told that we had to wait for those who bought it during Black Friday...after we bought it. Are you serious?? So December 20th it was to arrive... it did and completely damaged. So husband tries to call the London store where customer service is a joke. We emailed 3 times with photos and nothing. We get a call December 21st, someone will pick up damaged one and send a new one before 24th (which we said they had to do). Well we sit here December 22nd and nothing, no calls no emails. Never buying anything again from Leon's.
Edit: arranged for today? They could not deliver to our 16 year old at home as you have to be 18 to accept? Now we have to leave our jobs to deal with this error. Ridiculous. Please do better for other customers.
