She helped me find the right one, and taught me how to read the labels to tell them apart if I ever came back. She also made sure I purchased pillow protectors, so if I needed to return them I could without issues. 10/10 customer service and the pillows I got are amazing for a good price. Definitely recommend!

Rob contacted another JYSK store that had the color we were looking for and had the item held for us. Very pleasant to deal with. We went to the loading dock to pick up our item and there was no waiting to get loaded up. Very pleasant as well.
