- LVLynne VogelsangOct 1, 20251.0For s furniture store to drop off a new mattress unwrapped or covered,,(floor model) and leave it on the stairs or front porch and not take away the old one is unheard of. not to mention they just about delivered the wrong one but l caught it over the phone when they called.. spring mattresses do'nt roll up and fit into a16 in box.. l was going to buy a couch and a bed frame but the delivery service and policies suck they dont deliver .. just drop off and run! .. no decent furniture place would do that. I don't recommend.. my first experience will definitely be my last..
- CCCraigSep 11, 20255.0I have been favorably impressed by the Argyle JYSK store. It is always very clean and well organized. It is surprising how much inventory and home decor ideas are creatively displayed in a relatively small store. I like Scandinavian design concepts but I find the over-sized Ikea stores a bit intimidating, crowded and for me, as a senior, it means an unsatisfying experience! But back to JYSK, it is the staff at this Argyle location that have really impressed me! A big shout out to Clayton, Josh and Vanessa ( I hope I remembered their names correctly!) These 3 individuals offered me exemplary customer service. I could tell that they were all very attentive to my needs and friendly. There was no high pressure sales which characterizes some furniture chains...on the contrary, it was all very relaxed. Clayton was able to match a sale price on piece of furniture that had just come off sale, which I didn't expect but I am very grateful! I went to pickup the item the next day but I forgot to bring the invoice as proof of payment. Realizing this at the last minute, I would not have been surprised if they had requested that I get my invoice and bring it in, but Vanessa and Josh reassured me that wouldn't be necessary and only asked for some ID and they saved me a trip home! Thanks so much! Vanessa and Josh were both friendly and answered my questions. Josh also willingly carried the chair to my car and put it inside.(I didn't ask him to do it, but it was very considerate of him to do it given my mobility issues) Great store atmosphere, amazing, customer focused personnel, and excellent pricing! I'm very impressed!! BTW, I really like the chair, it's perfect for a spare bedroom. I will be back, and more often especially given the high caliber of customer service!
