I had a very frustrating experience with Blinds To Go and would not recommend them based on this order.
I ordered vertical blinds and clearly stated the measurements multiple times in my order and follow-up emails: 74 inches wide (track width) and 80 inches high. Despite this, I received blinds that were 76 inches wide and 88 inches high — completely incorrect.
After contacting customer service by both email and phone, I was told a replacement would be made. I reconfirmed the correct measurements again before the replacement was sent. Unfortunately, when the replacement arrived, it was the exact same incorrect size as the first order.
What is most frustrating is that the entire issue was due to Blinds To Go repeatedly ignoring the measurements I provided in writing. Even after weeks of back-and-forth, photo evidence, and repeated confirmations, they still sent the wrong product twice. I was then told that the sizes had been “reconfirmed,” which simply isn’t true based on the written correspondence.
This process wasted a significant amount of time and caused unnecessary stress. For a company that specializes in custom blinds, this level of error and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
If you are ordering custom-sized blinds, be very cautious — accuracy and attention to detail were severely lacking in my experience.

I received notice that my blinds were ready last week. I had to pay the balance before I could book an install date. I did that and the next available date was tonight..Christmas eve. I selected that date! The install was supposed to happen between 3pm and 5pm December 24th. I received a call from the installer at 4:45 letting me know he could not make it as my blinds were still at the storein London, and the store was closed. It seems that paying up front before the install gave this company no incentive to actually show up. I guess all the confirmation and reminder emails of the install were just teasers! Very disappointed. Merry Christmas🎄
