Service was fantastic at the London store. Walked in with measurements and ordered exactly what I wanted. Ladies were extremely helpful to get proper measurements to suit the mounting requirements. Couple weeks later they were ready to be picked up. Came with easy installation instructions and hardware. Couldn't be any happier, they look amazing! 👍😊

I’ve been a repeat customer of Blinds To Go and have completed several purchases in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely changed my view of the company and ultimately led me to walk away from an order.
We had a measurement appointment scheduled between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM. My wife and I arranged our day around this appointment, expecting the same level of professionalism we had experienced in the past.
Unfortunately, no one showed up and no one contacted us to let us know there would be a delay.
Shortly after 12 PM, I called the store to ask for an update. Instead of the store taking responsibility to check internally with their installer, I was told to call the installer myself. I ended up calling the store multiple times trying to get clarity on what was happening. For a service appointment that was arranged through the store, it was surprising and disappointing that the burden was placed on the customer to chase down answers.
What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of accountability afterward. The response I received essentially explained that the installers are contractors and that nothing could be done regarding the measurement or installation fees. In other words, despite the missed appointment and lack of communication, there was no effort to acknowledge the inconvenience or offer any form of resolution.
As a repeat customer, this was not the level of service I expected. Good businesses understand that when something goes wrong, communication and accountability matter more than anything.
In the end, we decided to cancel the order and take our business elsewhere. It’s unfortunate because our past experiences had been positive, but this interaction made it clear that customer time and loyalty were not valued the way we expected.
I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves how situations like this are handled in the future. A simple phone call to say the installer was running late could have made all the difference.

Excellent service! Jon took time to understand our needs and recommended the perfect blackout shades. Installation was smooth and now we're getting better sleep.
