The staff are unprofessional and very rude—especially the manager, Healy, who was completely disrespectful. Here’s what happened: I called one week before my three-month promotion ended to ask if I could keep my vehicle for one more month. I was told that she would speak with the manager and get back to me. I waited for a week, but no one ever called. When I followed up, I was told that I could not keep my vehicle there. I accepted this and planned to move it. However, when I arrived on March 2, I was informed that I had to pay late fees and a full month’s fee because the new month had already started. This felt intentional and extremely unfair. Overall, this location is not worth it to use. I would not recommend to anyone
