This is not the first more like the 4+ very poor customer service experience with this area and person. Pro desk, terrible customer service, went in to order over $2500. Worth of items which I had written down exactly what we needed, paid and went to the loading dock and everything was wrong!!! This “Pro Desk” guy is absolutely terrible, this is not the first time!!! We just returned the entire order. We are done with Rona and their “Pro Desk” customer service person. Will go elsewhere from now on, I can’t believe you pay this guy.

John from the pro desk is extremely rude.
Don’t know how he still has a job there.
I went to the pro desk and he asked why I didn’t get help from anybody else… he was just standing there so I figured he could help me out.
When I placed an ordered of 150 2x4s he rolled his eyes.
The other staff is friendly and helpful.

As a long time customer of this store i am in awe at how nothing has ever change customer service wise. I rarely leave reviews but i seriously think something needs to change at this store. I have in the past made the 45 minute drive to home depot to avoid having to deal with this location that is 5 minutes from my house.

Whoa. I knew I shouldn’t have had that second bran muffin.
I was deep in the bowels of Rona, picking through drainage gravel and paving stones, when I was… overcome.
Twenty-two grams of fibre and nowhere to hide.
The huge signs overhead beckoned me toward the restrooms. But I was scared. I imagined gas-station grubbiness and zero privacy as I sought relief.
Alas! Behind the door awaited not horror, but pristine, sparkling sanitation.
Soothing music. Dim, spa-like lighting.
An XL-sized stall fit for a queen.
Even the flush was a glorious, high-powered roar.
Three kinds of hand sanitizer and a moisturising balm saw me off as I strode away, buttocks no longer clenched.
The staff even helped me find my mom afterwards.
