Pro desk, terrible customer service, went in to order over $2500. Worth of items which I had written down exactly what we needed, paid and went to the loading dock and everything was wrong!!! This “Pro Desk” guy is absolutely terrible, this is not the first time!!! We just returned the entire order. We are done with Rona and their “Pro Desk” customer service person. Will go elsewhere from now on, I can’t believe you pay this guy.

I went to the pro desk and he asked why I didn’t get help from anybody else… he was just standing there so I figured he could help me out. When I placed an ordered of 150 2x4s he rolled his eyes. The other staff is friendly and helpful.

I rarely leave reviews but i seriously think something needs to change at this store.
