We phoned Leon's on Tuesday March 31st, 2026, late in the evening. I was in panic mode as my stove would no longer work and I needed a new one to cook my Easter dinner. I spoke with Saqlain Gilani and explained my dilemma. My husband and I met with him that evening and purchased my LG stove. He moved his deliveries around to accommodate us and guaranteed that we would have our new stove on Thursday April 2nd. As promised he delivered. We can't thank him enough. Great customer service.

Would I buy from Leon’s again? NO WAY. I bought my bed from Leon’s 3 yrs ago and I still get Robocalls from them. I should picket in front of your store to warn people to stay away. Buy your bed from Costco. It is a better deal and you won’t be harassed forever.
The Sales are fake sales. Look at the lawsuits against them for Deceptive Marketing. The comfort guarantee is crap. It is their way to sell you an overpriced mattress cover for $100. Also, don’t buy any extended warranties. Read the reviews regarding extended warranties. Stop calling I am never buying anything from your store ever again.

From the moment we arrived Arooj, the sales person was helpful, polite and answered all of our questions. She also discussed the benefits of the extended warranty which we decided to purchase for the first time ever.
Today we receive the mattress and recliner. The delivery people were also very polite, they unwrapped both pieces, set them up where we wanted and cleaned up all of the packing materials and took it away.
The complete purchase/delivery process was quick and easy and we will certainly continue to buy from Leon’s. Great job to all Leon’s employees who were involved!!

We had a really great experience shopping at Leon’s. Nathan was incredibly helpful—he answered all our questions and gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision without ever feeling pressured. His customer service was excellent and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
When our delivery arrived, we realized the fee for taking away our old mattress hadn’t been included in the invoice. The delivery team was very kind and suggested we call the store to sort it out. Sujal assisted us over the phone, quickly arranged the payment, and resolved everything without any hassle.
Big thanks to Nathan, Sujal, and the delivery team for their outstanding service!

I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of attention to detail. We bought 2 sets of Sofas mid last year and in October, we had issues with the 4 arm rests. We waited nearly five months for replacement arm rest for the sofas that were supposed to resolve an existing issue. After all that time, when the technician finally arrived yesterday, it was discovered that only two sofa arms were ordered instead of the four that were clearly requested.
This mistake completely defeats the purpose of the long wait and shows a serious breakdown in communication and order management. Five months is already an unreasonable timeline for replacements after paying for warranty, but to then deliver an incomplete order is unacceptable.
There was no proactive follow-up, no verification of the order, and no apparent urgency to make things right. This has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience, and it has significantly lowered our confidence in this store’s customer service and after-sales support.
I would not recommend this store unless major improvements are made in order accuracy, communication, and accountability.
