  Bought an item online was given this store as our store. 930 pm on a Sat after being promised between 1-5. No options to pickup or deliver another day. Customer service sent a form reply when contacted and closed the case. Won't shop here again. Bed we bought is nice enough but I wouldn't trust they would fix an issue.

  Craig was thorough and intentional with my support in store. I sent him to check stock more times than I can count and he enthusiastically completed all of my requests and answered all questions precisely, boosting my confidence in the products I was purchasing. Hands down the best customer service experience I have had in my search for furniture at many stores. Thanks again Craig 🙏 If you’re shopping in store I suggest looking around for him lol

  We absolutely love JYSK !!! Fantastic staff ready to help you.We went in & were greeted with hello & if you need any help or have questions we'd be happy to help you . We were looking at furniture & then met Craig !!! He approached us asking if there was anything specific we were looking for, we said we're browsing for a smaller table ,possibly chairs .Craig walked us to the tables & said if you have any questions l am right here to help. He went back to the counter to answer the phone. We found a small table & decided to purchase it. Craig said if it doesn't work in your dining area bring it back & we'll find another table for your needs .We brought it back & found the perfect table, it is a round table for 4 with 2 leaves so will easily seat 8 & chairs !!! We weren't sure what color of swivel chairs so brought home 2 terra cotta & 2 charcoal , the Terracotta chairs won ! Each time we went back in the store Craig would wave hello :) We decided to go back & purchase a couple of cabinets , ottoman & Craig was there for us tbroughout our purchases .We've had so many compliments on our new furniture & had friends go & purchase cabinets like ours. The assembly & instructions were easy to follow. I'm adding photos of our purchases & l know we'll be back to get a couple more pieces. Thank you again CRAIG for your outstanding customer service & JYSK !!! :)
