Every time a maintenance issue arises, it's like pulling teeth to get them to act on it. A couple of weeks ago, our office was dealing with a putrid smell that was permeating across the entire building. As we are letting them know of this, the customer service representative is heard saying, "We can't take her word for it". As if it were to say we just wanted to make up a story about a bad odor. Over the next couple of days, he sent 3-4 different people to confirm the smell. Though each employee confirmed the smell, he wasn't convinced. This is how incompetent he thinks we are, and his employees are. It wasn't until we threatened to contact the by-law that they brought in someone to address the issue. Fast forward to today. The male and female washrooms have clogged toilets. When told about these clogged toilets, Access staff suggested that we plunge the toilets ourselves. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. It has now been almost two hours, and we do not have a toilet to use. In a business office. This is not a professional business. It's abhorrent how they treat their professional customers/clients. How can you call their customer service to complain about their customer service?
