We bought some blinds a while back from the Kitchener location and had them do the install in our home.
Just recently, a small plastic piece broke on one of the chains and I went into the store to see if I could get a replacement. At the store, I was told I needed to pay for the part or take down the blind and bring it in for them to honour the warranty.
This is just a tiny plastic piece (see the photo). I asked if I could just get the part. I was told it would cost me $3 if I don’t want to bring the whole blind in. When I pushed back, I was offered 2 pieces for the price of one (hilarious).
This was just a tiny piece that they had to dig out of a bin and probably costs them pennies. Then it took 5 minutes to process this on their computer and then tell me it was$4.10 + tax.
What a horrible warranty/customer service experience.
So, now that they made their $4+, I will NEVER go back to them when we do the rest of our blinds in our home.
By the way, it took 20 seconds to snap that new piece in.

Ravi provided excellent customer service and we were happy to learn that the blinds are manufactured in Canada. We were well informed about the blinds we were purchasing and what to expect. Every point along the way from purchase to measurement to install was extremely well communicated. Technicians arrived on time and were courteous. We will definitely be shopping at Blinds to Go again.
Called the store in Kitchener, and Nara answered the call. She was Professional and was able to help us with quote, purchase and installation. All went smoothly without having to go into the store, as we were installing same roller shades we have in the living room. Thanks Nara and your installation guy Garrison was also great, arrived in the time frame alloted.

Placed over $10k in two orders. Had two valid coupons and after MULTIPLE phone calls to head office and consultant, no one applied both. Despite no exclusions saying second coupon isn’t allowed. After I called head office to add, agent said she would and then in fact didn’t! What she did do was remove the large coupon to add only a smaller coupon, meanwhile telling me she added both! Then reinstating large coupon was another ordeal. And then… the installation price increased with no consent or agreement from me. Awful, awful experience all around. Will tell all family and friends about misleading company.
