  From the Leon's warranty department to the Leon's delivery men, all that was fine. When it come to my warranty from the manufacturer that took way too long to come in. (Out of Leon's control) But all, in all a good experience

  I bought a couch in Jan 2026 and was told 6-8 weeks at purchase. After 6 weeks i called back, 8-10 weeks now. After 10 weeks i called, 12-14 weeks. I cancelled my order, asked for a refund and a call back from the store manager to discuss what happened. No call back happened. I ended up going to La-z-Boy and spending my money there for furniture I will receive this week. ***Edit*** The store owner replied to my queries and that helped to smooth this over better with us. I bumped the review to 3 stars from 2 due to that.

  It took a bit of time for my sofa to be received by the store, but it was delivered to my home a day after being told it had arrived. The delivery men were magicians and made this delivery experience excellent. It wasn’t the easiest delivery for them but they did it without an issue. Thank you and many thanks to them.

  We waited 5months and 3 weeks for our couch that was supposed to come in no more the 3 months, it was very very frustrating!!! The salesman, reception and delivery were all excellent though, thats why I am giving 3 stars, I would have given 5 stars if we got our delivery in a timely manner

  *** See my previous review with Leons response*** As per the reply from first Google review it takes "up to" 16 weeks. We are now well past that too. 18 weeks and counting to be exact. I was contacted 3 weeks ago after my first review and told I was mis informed by the sales associate and the 3 other representatives I spoke too, along with the receipt that states 8-10 weeks delivery. Stating it is up to 16 week delivery- as the reply to my review states. Here we are 18 weeks and counting. I was also informed it would be on the March 24th truck for delivery Tuesday March 31st. I was told I would be informed either way, and repeated "ok, so we will have delivery March 31." I was then told yes, but I would be contacted either way. 11 days now past the date the couch was to be on the truck with no communication. But it is OK, they threw in an air fryer- NOT. We want our couch. I will add, when I spoke to them last, after the review, we were told they would give us a full refund, despite that being my request 8 weeks ago where I was denied and told we would loose 15% as the non refundable deposit; but told it would be here by the middle of February. We were not willing to loose the $400 plus so we waited. Had they offered that then, we would have purchased a couch elsewhere and had delivery by now. Can someone please tell me accurately where our couch is? I have also been told this was a half price couch - it is not. It is a best seller, that has been in the flyer since the week we bought it. I also keep hearing that people are ahead of me....I hope that nobody has had to wait over 4 months for a couch without compensation. If you can't keep up with demand; stop selling it, and at the very least, be honest and communicate with your customers.
