- EBEmma Brown3 days ago5.0I had such a wonderful experience shopping at JYSK thanks to Christopher! From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Shopping with a young child can sometimes be stressful, but he went above and beyond to make it such a smooth and enjoyable experience. He was so sweet and engaging with our daughter, which meant so much to us as parents. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine. Christopher made us feel completely taken care of, without ever being pushy. We honestly left the store in a better mood than when we came in! We would come back again and again just knowing he’s there. Thank you, Christopher, for making our day! He deserves so much recognition I have to say this is my best experiences of shopping in this store!
- JMJust Me3 days ago5.0I don't normally go to Jysk and have not been there is years however my Grandmother and I had tried EVERY other furniture store looking for a comfy chair small enough for her and we couldn't find anything she liked until Jysk. Caroline was the one who helped us and was quick to answer all the questions we had. She was knowledgeable and friendly. We bought the chair and left happy. A couple days later I ended up coming back to buy something else I had eyed while there and again Caroline was the one to help me. I had looked online at the item and the website showed the item in only 2 colours however when I showed Caroline what I wanted she informed me there was a third colour which I liked EVEN more and so I bought that one. Not only that but she gave me the sale price for the item because in just a few hours it was being marked down! She was super friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and fast with her transactions! We truly appreciated her help! Thank you Caroline!
