We were looking for a couple matching reclining chairs. My husband asked the salesman about recliners. The answer was oh they're all around there, waving his arm in a half circle. We walked around looking and sitting in different chairs. Found one we liked and asked if it came in a smaller size. "They're all the same size, and walked away????. Maybe seniors don't need service????. We ended up leaving. No service, no sale. We did buy 2 lovely leather chairs elsewhere. Very disgusted.
