  When I entered the Blinds to Go store, I was warmly greeted by Isabelle, who encouraged me to browse at my own pace and assured me that she was available if I needed any assistance. This welcoming approach made me feel comfortable and not pressured. As I explored the store and began asking questions, Isabelle patiently explained the differences between curtains and blinds, as well as the various options available, from ready-made to custom- made solutions. She provided fabric samples and clearly described the difference choices for light control and privacy. Her explanations were straightforward and easy to understand, and I felt that my questions were genuinely listened to and addressed. Overall, the experience was pleasant and gave me confidence in my decisions.

  Need some updating and replacement of older blinds and shades. Everything went seemlessly from store to a quick installion. Two thumbs up.

  Alisha and associates at the Kanata location were stellar today by fixing my blind on the spot They also went above and beyond by giving me temporary shades for several of my other windows to help bridge the gap during a window installation project at my house.Thank you!!

  UPDATE: Two weeks have passed - there has been no outreach by the store/company to address my dissatisfaction. I feel thoroughly let down. ================ I placed motorized blind/cellular shade order for my new home. Once installed, the black out shades in the bedrooms did not meet my expectations. When I explained why I was disappointed (a clear discrepancy between how the product fit & function was presented pre-sale and how it appeared once installed) the store did not make things right with me. I won’t shop at Blinds To Go again.
