  I had a good experience, I had to leave for an emergency for a month they had an offer where it said the first four weeks were free and I was just needing to stay there for a month so I just paid $29 and the car was safe during all my trip

  Employees are extremely friendly and helpful . From the start I was greeted and felt very welcomed and appreciated. They were able to understand my needs for storage and provided me with the best options they have available . Acquiring the storage unit was a breeze with minimal paper work and no hidden fees . They are well organized and provide you with all the details needed to the point where you won’t even have a question to ask them . I think you will have a hard time finding better prices and customer service than what they offer .

  I had an excellent experience at Access Storage – 14072 Hurontario St, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Bonnie, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through the facility, explained the best storage options for my needs, and gave me a proper tour so I could choose the right unit with confidence. She also worked with my start date and offered me the best possible pricing, which I truly appreciated. The assistant manager, Prabhjeet, was just as welcoming — offering me a drink and a snack and making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The level of hospitality and professionalism from both of them made a big difference. The facility is clean, well-organized, secure, and very well located, making it ideal for storing equipment and operating my business. I definitely feel I found the right place and look forward to a long-term relationship with this location. Highly recommend this Access Storage location to anyone looking for great service and a stress-free storage experience.

  This is to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received. The store manager I interacted with, Bonnie, was exceptionally nice, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Her organized approach made me feel confident in the safety of my vehicle, eliminating any concerns I had. I also appreciated the transparent payment process, particularly being asked about saving my card information, which demonstrated a commitment to privacy and built trust. Prabhjeet, the assistant manager, was also incredibly helpful in providing a tour of the storage yard, and her friendly attitude added to the positive experience. Overall, the staff's helpfulness was remarkable, and I would definitely recommend their services. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
