  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. I spoke with Prahbjeet over the phone and she told me she was the manager. She quoted me $158.00 tax-in for a 5x10 unit, including the first 3 months at half off, and stated it would be a flat rate for one year with no changes. I specifically asked to confirm this because pricing stability is important to me. she reassured me it would not increase. I even mentioned i would be willing to sign for a year and asked if she could do better. She told me to come in and she would "see what she could do". I decided to go into to see what could be done. She did not seem very welcoming and just asked if we want to go see the unit. We saw the unit and went back to the office to talk. She didn't smile and she had attitude. I did not feel valued as a customer at all. My partner even commented afterward about her unpleasant demeanor- so it wasn't me being sensitive. The energy was clearly from the start. So, after she showed us the unit, we talked about pricing and suddenly the story changed. I was told that the rate could increase and change after 6-9 months. - which directly contradicts what i was told over the phone about it being a flat rate. That was the entire reason I made the trip. To make matters worse, I then found out she is not the actual manager, but the assistant manager. So not only was the pricing misleading, but her role was misrepresented as well. If I had been given accurate information from the beginning, I would not have wasted my time coming in. This experience was misleading, unprofessional and dismissive. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this location. I also did find a flat rate with a much better rate and customer service.
