  My family and I received great service from both the Sales and Delivery teams on our recent appliances purchase. The Sales experience was smooth and efficient. The communication and predictability of the delivery was greatly appreciated.

  Would not shop here again . Told our purchase was in stock in Scarborough and delivery would be a week, that turned into 3 weeks. Told our order had to be built so it could take a month or two. Called back sorry I was wrong it will be delivered in a week. Set delivered 3 weeks after purchase broken. Called to complain, was told they would preorder and would take a week to deliver . I asked to speak to manager she was rude and offered no apology, told us it was reordered and would be delivered in a week. Called on Friday no delivery scheduled, must have been a miss communication, we complained again all of a sudden they had one in Bracebridge Manger said she would contact me again after delivery - nothing
