    We’ve ordered a few appliances through Tyler and he always recommends the right product suited for our needs. Our latest appliance was a Bosch dishwasher. After installation it was not working properly. Tyler came right over with his supervisor and they knew what to do to get it going. I’m very grateful for this excellent level of service and highly recommend anyone needing appliances to go and see Tyler Hill and his team at The Brick.

    Too bad there isn't a zero available! We purchased a 55" Samsung tv from the Brick in Huntsville recently as we had bought several things there over the years. Their staff helped load it into our truck being sure the FRONT side of the box was facing up as you are supposed to do. We carefully carried it in and sat it in our living room upright until we had time to open the box. When we did (carefully following the diagram on the box), we knew there was a problem. Where the box indicated FRONT was actually the BACK of the t.v. so all through shipment this tv had pressure on the flat screen. Right from the factory, it had been packed backwards in the box. As soon as we lifted off the top piece of sytrofoam and peeked under the plastic, we could see the screen was cracked. We immediately called the Brick and spoke to the lady at the front desk, our salesperson, and eventually the owner. They won't do a thing. The owner flippantly said that 999 out of a thousand broken screens are caused by the purchasers and he wouldn't do anything to help. We are not liars and should not be accused as such nor held reponsible for a factory error in packaging. We will not be shopping here in the future nor will our family members.
