    ***WHIRPOOL REVIEW*** We bought a new Whirlpool Electric Range for $1800 and was shocked by the poor after sales support. There is a clear defect in the top of the oven door that has caused the coating to peel away and looks terrible. Whirlpool deemed this "cosmetic" and beyond 30 days since purchase so they refused to repair/replace it. For a brand known for quality, this is very disappointing. Buyers, beware-WHIRLPOOL DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!! Imagine they offered to sell me a replacement part for $199 plus tax and charge minimum $149 to install. I would never buy Whirlpool again

    My husband and I bought a couch. Waited for the couch, received the wrong configuration, had them bring a new one, only to have this one come with a 3” gap when the sleeper was out and the sleeper really was difficult to pull out, just super uncomfortable and looks janky. Had a service tech come determine it was a “faulty” piece, so, we waited again for another new one. At this point we just wanted a refund however the brick is “not a used furniture store” (although we are now in our third couch) have received the new couch and still has the same issues. Waiting to hear back from a manager now for 2.5 weeks. Terrible service.

    Purchased a loveseat, chair and sofa from Jeff! He was extremely helpful with making sure we got exactly what we needed. All pieces were delivered on time and in perfect condition. They are all fantastic pieces. 10 out of 10, would purchase from The Brick in Huntsville and Jeff again!!!
