- LTLois Tani6 days ago5.0Oceane LePage greeted us the day before the Tent Sale and was so knowledgeable about the various pieces of furniture we were looking at. I told her that I would return on Thursday with my husband for the Tent Sale to show him the models I was interested in. Within a few short minutes we were sure what we wanted. With Oceane's insurance that we could mirror the set were picking and that there was no rush in delivery date we put a down payment and went home to prepare Sale of our old set. She was a congenial and professional sales woman!

But I have a question: the mattress I bought in the store is still missing, and I'd like to know if it's as thick as the mattress they lent me. When I assembled the bed and put the box springs in, the mattress the store lent me ended up being too thick. If that's the case, I don't think they should have sold me the box springs if they weren't needed.

- CRChris RiggsApr 20, 20263.0Awful support, the receptionist, Ashley has a huge lack of customer service. And the owner/manager is way too young to be running the store. Ive been waiting several months now for a simple part and ive been in the store twice with 3 phone calls to tell them to keep me updated (in which they never call). Update as of 2025/04/21: I was finally able to speak to their sales manager and he was able to direct me to the proper railings from Amazon. It was still a little annoying to have to wait that long for this type of resolution but im happy it is resolved. I am so annoyed as the piece is a simple bracket for a desk drawer and they are taking forever to do anything. They seem to not care about their customers. Do not shop here.

Ils lui ont vendu un matelas mou alors qu’il avait besoin d’un extra ferme. Je ne vous conseille absolument pas cet endroit! Aucun service après vente!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
