    ZERO STARS. DO NOT BUY FROM LEONS. I am writing this with deep regrets on my order that I placed with Kitchener Leons. This is an extremely unprofessional company. For a company with a great reputation and a lasting customer base. This was my first and last order from them. I had placed an order for a mattress in Jan 2026. The delivery company that Leons uses is a Joke and extremely unprofessional. They drove into the driveway and damaged the retaining wall that I had constructed in 2025, which had cost me a huge sums of money. The driver and the helper didn't mention a thing about the damage and were rude. They dropped off the mattress and left the property. I noticed the damages later that day and when I checked the camera footage, I discovered the delivery driver had damaged the retaining wall. I notified Leons about this and was told to submit pictures and quotes, and they would look into it. Its now been over 3 months and I still dont have an answer, I keep following up and getting told they are working on it. They have never called me back to give me any updates. Everytime I call, I am told to leave a message for the warehouse manager Mike who doesn't seem to have any answers and is too busy to give me any updates. I don't recommend anyone order from Leons and if you do then have it picked up because the delivery will end up causing you more issues and a headache than a simple relief of getting your items. The front of my house at the moment looks like a mess and its thanks to Leons. I wish I had never ordered from them.

    I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a stove purchased from Leon's a year ago. Despite purchasing a three-year extended warranty through King & State, my recent claim was denied without a physical investigation or even an inspection of the damaged part. Furthermore, the management’s dismissive and unprofessional behavior was deeply upsetting. Leon's prides itself on treating customers like family, yet I have been left with a broken appliance and no support. I expect Leon's to stand behind the products and warranties they sell

    Really rude customer service Bought $5000 worth of furniture Still made me drive an hour from niagara falls to pick up a $69 clock Came to pick up the clock and they said they do not have any one in warehouse for pick up, when the time was previously confirmed by the salesperson without checking that this is an accessory and is not picked from warehouse Asked for a refund and suddenly someone realized and brought me out the clock The customer service was rude and impolite and do not know how to treat customers here Better buy from a different location I am hoping i do not have to call for the extended warranty i bought as dealing with them was a pain

    Disappointing Experience Very disappointing experience with Leon’s at the Stone Church Hamilton location. I purchased a buffet (server) for $1,199 + tax on December 17 and paid in full. I was initially told delivery would take 4–6 weeks, then it was changed to 6–8 weeks. After months of delays and constant follow-ups, I finally received the item on March 17. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged with visible cracks, structural separation, scratches, and dents. A replacement was arranged, but shockingly, the second item arrived with the same defects. This meant repeating the same exhausting process multiple times — waiting hours for delivery, dealing with excessive foam packaging that makes a mess in the house, and even paying for cleaning due to the amount of debris left behind. Customer service was also very disappointing. Communication was unclear, delays kept happening, and in-store staff were unprofessional and dismissive. At one point, I was told they are “not the truck driver” to know when the delivery would arrive. After all this, I was only offered another exchange or a refund, with no acknowledgment of the time, stress, and extra costs I have experienced. Overall, this has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. Poor quality, repeated damage, delays, and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this store.

    DO NOT PURCHASE AS THEY WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND WILL IGNORE YOU IF ITS ABOUT A COMPLAINT. I purchased a couch from Leon’s, which was delivered on March 8. Shortly after delivery, we began experiencing bed bug bites, which have been isolated exclusively to use of the couch. There have been no signs of bed bugs on any other furniture or areas within the apartment. We moved into this apartment approximately two months prior to the delivery and had no prior issues with pests. A licensed pest control inspection has confirmed that the source of the bed bugs is the couch. Additionally, at the time of delivery, my partner observed that the delivery truck contained other furniture that was uncovered, raising concerns about contamination. The delivery personnel also failed to properly assemble the couch as required, which suggests negligence and may explain how the infestation was overlooked. Furthermore, the manager of the Leons Hamilton store that we purchased the couch from has mentioned to us that the delivery was not completed properly. Based on the timing, expert report, and absence of any prior infestation, it is clear that the bed bugs originated from the couch delivered by Leon’s. Leons refuses to take any responsibility and they also did not take our matter seriously as they avoided our phone calls and kept telling us home office will call us back which they never did. It was after about 5 days of persistence that we finally were able to talk to someone from home office, and all they said was that since the issue is only with us and no one else has complained, they refuse to take responsibility. We have warranty for the couch and even bought a TV from Leons. We spent a lot of money and its so sad a multi million dollar company can't be bothered to own up to their mistakes. A lot of money went down the drain, never again. (we bought a sectional couch). Our biggest mistake was reporting this issue late as we truly trusted Leon's would not sell a defective new product. Now me and my partner are paying for our mistakes of reporting this issue late.
