The Sundance® Spa Store has grown from one store opened in Burlington, Ontario over 20 years ago, into six stores serving customers across Niagara and the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area – We have locations in St. Catharines, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga and Vaughan. All six of our locations are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, excluding holidays.

    We had an excellent experience with the Sundance team, both before and after our purchase. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, guiding us smoothly from our first conversation through the installation of our tub. The service team was also outstanding in helping us quickly resolve an issue that was entirely on our end. Overall, both the experience and the people were exceptional. I would highly recommend this location.

    I am doing a happy "sun dance". Hamilton location exceeds in knowledge, expert advice, friendly customer service. I have an older sundance hot tub and developed a small leak that Robert walked me thru the process and got the leak fixed without a service call. Thanks for saving me $. I was very pleased to know that their service people are trained and certified so should I need professional help in the future I won't have to worry about the workmanship. THANK YOU

    Hands down the best customer service from Brian at Sundance! Super helpful and delivery was on time and top notch. Staff goes above and beyond to help with initial set up and always available with any questions with the maintenance of our new spa! We are absolutely loving it and so happy we went with the plug n play model.

    My husband and I had Roger and Alex deliver and set up our very first hot tub. It was the easiest process and they did amazing work. They were quick and explained everything we needed to know to keep our tub in good shape!! We will work with this company for every hot tub need! Thanks guys!!
