    I bought the Asa 60" Modern TV Stand and it is solid. The heavy-duty materials and clean finish give it a premium, durable feel that stands out. Huge thanks to Jay V. for the great customer service. Delivery was also spot on—punctual and efficient. Despite being three flights up, the team handled it easily and placed it exactly where I wanted. Great product and professional service.

    We unfortunately ordered a bedroom set from The Brick, a mistake we'll never make again. To begin with, the delivery was scheduled for 11am-2pm and they arrived around 3:30pm, making me waste my entire day waiting. The "movers" rammed the furniture in their boxes, damaging 2 of my walls. When I refused the delivery due to the damage they were causing, they assured me they would refund me as soon as the furniture got back to the warehouse. It's been 3 days and I haven't been refunded yet. They asked to "email the pictures of the damage" to a random email address to get it assessed. Crickets. When I called back to inquire about the refund, the customer service representative told me they probably "forgot to put it through" (????????) Do you seriously think this is acceptable customer service? I'll never order anything else from this place.

    I had a great experience at Brick Furniture Store thanks to Osama. He was very professional, patient, and helpful from the beginning. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me choose the best option without any pressure. His customer service was excellent, and he made the whole process easy and comfortable. I really appreciate his honesty and support. Thank you, Osama, for your outstanding service. I highly recommend asking for him if you visit the store!

    From buying the couch from Olga (super friendly, knowledgeable and an amazing saleswoman) to the delivery guys who went above and above I am super impressed with the service I got from the Brick. A top notch Canadian company with competitive rates and an amazing selection. Does not disappoint. Run don't walk to your nearest location!

    My husband and I had a great experience at this location. Patrick made a stressful visit much less stressful and actually enjoyable. He gave us great choices, had some fantastic suggestions and actually listened to what we wanted in our home. He was not pushy or aggressive like we've experienced in the past with other sales people. He left us alone to make decisions and talk privately and returned back to us when we were ready. He was also very patient and kind when we came back to make changes with our original purchase. He said 'no problem, whatever you need I will make it happen' and he did. Thank you Patrick for making this very important purchase so much more easier and enjoyable. Two very satisfied customers. :)
