We unfortunately ordered a bedroom set from The Brick, a mistake we'll never make again. To begin with, the delivery was scheduled for 11am-2pm and they arrived around 3:30pm, making me waste my entire day waiting. The "movers" rammed the furniture in their boxes, damaging 2 of my walls. When I refused the delivery due to the damage they were causing, they assured me they would refund me as soon as the furniture got back to the warehouse. It's been 3 days and I haven't been refunded yet. They asked to "email the pictures of the damage" to a random email address to get it assessed. Crickets. When I called back to inquire about the refund, the customer service representative told me they probably "forgot to put it through" (????????) Do you seriously think this is acceptable customer service? I'll never order anything else from this place.

My husband and I had a great experience at this location. Patrick made a stressful visit much less stressful and actually enjoyable. He gave us great choices, had some fantastic suggestions and actually listened to what we wanted in our home. He was not pushy or aggressive like we've experienced in the past with other sales people. He left us alone to make decisions and talk privately and returned back to us when we were ready. He was also very patient and kind when we came back to make changes with our original purchase. He said 'no problem, whatever you need I will make it happen' and he did. Thank you Patrick for making this very important purchase so much more easier and enjoyable. Two very satisfied customers. :)

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
