I’ve been to the RONA on Parkdale Ave N in Hamilton, and it’s a handy spot when you need hardware or home-improvement supplies without dealing with a huge warehouse footprint. Parking is easy, right in front, which makes short visits convenient. Inside, the aisles are organized logically, and it’s not overwhelming — paint, fasteners, small tools, and seasonal items are usually simple to find. Staff here have been approachable when I’ve asked questions, and they seem willing to help rather than just point. Prices are in line with other home improvement chains, and there are decent sale deals if you watch flyers. Checkout is usually smooth, especially during non-peak hours.

I was greeted by 3 lovely ladies upon entrance. I have to ensure management hears this review: The exceptional service and patience and assistance of Wyatt, who went above and beyond to assist me in lumber size and accessories that i would require. Unfortunately, after returning with my measurements, Wyatt was finished his shift; i was met with a female sales rep. that was rude and acted as if i didn't exist.
