I noticed my phone is missing. I drove back right away. I asked about it in the 'returns section' area for the lost and found. There were no reports made for any missing phone yet. I walked around the aisles in which I was shopping earlier in the hope to find it but no luck. As soon as I was about the leave the parking lot the Rona Employee comes to me and asked me if I lost my phone. And yes luckily they recovered it in the span of 10 mins time. The only regret I have is I was in too much rush and failed to ask the employee name. As always I love Rona+ and I call their employees Ronangles because it is the Best Customer Service. Thank you.
