BUYER BEWARE…………LEONS IS SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS, TIME AND MONEY!!!
I only wish that my wife or I had read the reviews prior to making the disastrous mistake of purchasing our couches from Leons Hamilton. It has been a drawn out 5-month nightmare! From Day 1 we were lied to, we purchased 2-piece couches (recliners) which were sold to us as "leather" and came to find out 5 months later by Daniel (Burlington Gm), on the final delivery attempt that they were in fact 100% polyester! We have had FIVE FAILED deliveries, all due to manufacturing defects and/or delivery guys damaging upon delivery. They have also damaged our home on 2 separate deliveries, were rude, unprofessional, difficult, disrespectful, throwing fits and left messes/garbage throughout our condo building. The Gm of Hamilton (Gabriella) and Burlington (Daniel) are constantly deflecting and blaming the other for the failed deliveries. Out of sheer desperation my wife reached out to corporate (Luke Leon-VP Operations, Lewis Leon-President of Leons Furniture, Terrence T. Leon-Chairman of the Board and Mike Walsh-President & CEO of LFL Group) via email on three separate occasions and nothing! By the 5th failed delivery my wife received a call from the Hamilton GM(Gabriella) informing her that "Leons is now walking away from this”, we didn't even know that it was an option to desert a paying customer! We currently still have the new defective/damaged couches in our home we purchased by Visa and a credit note from Zucora Home warranty applied to this purchase (credit note from our original furniture which Leons took from our home on June 3rd, 2025 due to parts and sofa set being discontinued and unable to replace. Therefore, we had no option but to accept the credit note and purchase new furniture from Leons) and the GM Gabriella wants to simply walk away now without resolving the mess Leons created?! If that wasn't bad enough, Gabriella (GM) then ends the 8 min call by abruptly hanging up on my wife as she was still talking! As a final attempt, my wife decided to reach out to Luke Leon (VP Operations) leaving him a voicemail pleading for him to intervene, hoping he would be utterly dismayed and shocked at the mistreatment a Leons loyal customer was receiving at the hands of his employees, and again radio silence! Leons does not concern themselves with the lack of quality care and service Leons Hamilton is giving their customers. They will literally leave you high and dry! I understand now why Leon's staff conducts themselves in such a disgraceful manner with their customers, it clearly comes from THE TOP!
We have documented everything, video, pictures, emails, my condo office letter/video, and provided them to Gabriella (Hamilton GM), Daniel (Burlington GM), Sandy (their Home Office,) Luke Leon, Lewis Leon, and still nothing.
I cannot warn people enough, if you value your peace of mind, money and home DO NOT SHOP AT LEONS!
Please do not insult my wife and I any further with a generic response apologizing for our "negative," or "inconvenient" experience, it's beyond that at this point! Step up and do right by your customers!!
