    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Leon’s. I was given a specific delivery date for the couch I ordered and planned around that date. When the time came, I was met with excuse after excuse about why it wasn’t available. Two weeks after the original promised date, I still didn’t have the couch I ordered and ended up having to choose a different one that wasn’t what I actually wanted. After placing my order, I started looking through other reviews and realized this doesn’t seem to be an isolated issue. It appears I’m not the only customer who has experienced delays, poor communication, and broken promises, which is really concerning. To make matters worse, when the replacement couch was finally delivered, the delivery team left without fully completing the setup. They were supposed to bring it in and assemble it properly, but they left before the job was done. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience — poor communication, missed deadlines, and unprofessional delivery service. I expected much better customer service and follow-through. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Leon’s.

    Rate two stars because 3 ladies at service desk we're very unhelpful, rude and one of them is too mouthy and very aggressive (Amanda) which is very disappointing. They need to brush up on their customer service skills. Were told from the two ladies nothing could be done cuz 72 hours had past then we find out later that was a lie after we spoke to the sales manager who rectified the problem which by the way the sales manager Manni who was very helpful in resolving the problems, thanks to him.

    Poor quality control they deliver damaged goods poor finishes on the products and then poor customer service when you try and deal with them overall I would not recommend Leons

    I’m extremely disappointed with Leon’s customer service and warranty process. I reported an issue with my sofa part months ago, and I was told it needs to be replaced. It has now been several months and I’m still waiting, with the only explanation being that the part is “coming from overseas.” What upsets me most is that this was never explained at the time of purchase, especially when staff were pushing me to buy the warranty. If replacement parts can take months because they come from overseas, customers deserve to know that upfront. On top of the delay, the manager and staff I spoke to on the phone were extremely rude. Instead of helping, they questioned me and asked whether I “verified during purchase” that the sofa was coming from overseas—why would that be my responsibility? It’s the sales team’s job to explain important details and set expectations. I’m still waiting for the part with no clear timeline. I would not recommend Leon’s based on this experience. Since I’m not getting a clear resolution, I’m escalating this to Ontario consumer protection channels / Consumer Forum. I also have call recordings that document how this was handled.

    If i could give a 0 i would. First of all i had a huge problem returning damaged washer. They diid not want to take it back. I dod kot even use it. They delivered th machine damaged . After a lomg back and forth arguments they agreed to take theor damaged washer. I was promised to refund the payment on th same day of return. After 6 days i checked ky card and money is not returned. I called the store and was told that of i have them my card number for refund. It sound so funny. What century arw we living now???? When they sell , i gave them everything and my card number is in file. So, i gave them finally my card number and waiting for my refund . My big advise DO NOT GO there. I dont know other lications but this certain location is worse. I regret so much. It wasnt like that years ago. Sorry to say but i WONT shop from there anymore. And asvise if u care for your money, save it do not spend at LEONS….
