From the moment we stepped in the door, we felt Bash gave us his undivided attention. He showed what was available in our price range and gave us a full overview of a top load machine and proper care. The washer was delivered and installed promptly the next day. Unfortunately we found the washer was shaking very badly with every regular load we washed and immediately contacted Bash. He was very accommodating and told us he would replace it with a similar machine. We decided to go back in the next weekend to look at other options and decided on a front loader that was more expensive. Bash gave us a good deal on it and arranged delivery a few days later. Unfortunately due to the early snowfall his deliveries we delayed, but was quick to contact us with the new date and time. Bash was kind and honest in his approach. The new washer works beautifully and very happy with our purchase. Thank you Bash for the great customer experience and more importantly the service recovery. Despite the mishap, we would happily purchase from you again.

Third service call in less than a month bash wanted to charge us for. Never did resolve dryer issues. We had to replace with brand new . Scrapped the bash equipment. We had paid $1300.00 for laundry set which was all lost
