  Crystal was wonderful. Had to bring a blind in for repair and while there Crystal helped me with purchase of other blinds. Very pleasant and helpful. Repair and order were taken care of very quickly and efficiently!

  Chrystal provided outstanding service and advice. Timeline for pickup was very accurate. Blinds are the perfect solution for our windows.

  The only reason they got a score of 1 is because the installer was fantastic, other wise this would be a score of 0. We purchased over $7500 worth of window coverings for our condo. Only half the job is complete and we have no coverings for privacy or shade for half of our wrap around windows in the living room and dining room. The person that came and did the measuring was way off on their numbers. Now we have a half finished job. We also now have to wait another 2 weeks for the new coverings to be made and then book another date for the install and waste another day waiting for the job to be finished. Not one customer service or manager has called us regarding this issue. They avoid the issues with their product or service and just happily take your money DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR PROJECT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT
