Went into the brick and had a really great experience. I got a couch and a new TV and a few other items. Raj, was die? Associate helping us out. He had great communication, explain everything in detail and made sure my wife and I understood everything. I highly would recommend visiting this brick location and dealing with Raj. Also, the manager was really helpful too and came and spoke to us as well. Overall very pleasant experience, very customer focused and very welcoming

Ordered a washing machine online and it was quick and easy. I got a follow-up call and the CSR was friendly and professional. I got a text and email to confirm and track delivery, which was well within the time frame indicated. Delivery crew efficient but broke off the lip of the hardwood floor at the top of the stairs and didn't say anything. It was easily fixed once we discovered it (about 5 minutes after they left) but the lack of honesty by the crew is not acceptable. I also had to ask if the one delivery person had something to put over his shoes when he was about to walk through my house with his snow boots on.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
