We went in tonight looking for several different pieces of furniture for our new home. Manushi was quick to greet us and assist us with what we were looking for. She was super helpful and was able to help us lock down a beautiful sectional that we both loved. Will definitely go back when we need more pieces to add to our home.

Worst experience ever! Delivery was to include hooking up our washer and dryer… never happened. They were also to take away our old machine, also didn’t happen. Those were the reasons we went with The Brick. Will never deal with them again. The delivery people were more concerned with leaving than doing the job they were hired to do. When we complained to the store manager he showed us a stack of complaints from other costumers! Wish I had read the reviews on here first.

Customer service is bad. I was with my family looking for cooktop gas stove(2 burner) and bed for my son. While we're walking to appliances area(stove area) the old Indian guy suddenly talk with us, asking what are we looking for. I told him what we need. He then informed me they do not have the 2 burner cooktop gas stove. Then we walk to bed area to look for my son bed. This old customer service indian guy walk toward to us while we are looking for bed suddenly informed us that they do not have the stove that we area looking for, then after that, he keep saying "goodbye we do not have that what you looking for" couple of times. It was rude and not good as a customer service attitude!

We moved into our first home during a snow storm and were expecting our appliances to be installed, before or day of opening, as this was coordinated through our builder. We didn’t receive our appliances for at least 2/2.5 weeks after we moved in. We weren’t able to keep food in the house or cook anything other than airfrying food and ordering takeout. This was extremely stressful and disorganized, the person in charge was Travis and he was not responsive or helpful at all. Will be avoiding the Brick from now on.

Our experience with The Brick in Guelph was mixed. We came to the store with a pretty good sense of what we wanted to purchase. However our salesman took every opportunity to upsell us. He tried to keep us away from the less expensive mattresses saying they weren't high quality, although the one we ended up purchasing was on sale with a regular price equivalent to the most expensive mattresses that were allegedly so much better. We had to stand our ground and constantly say no to pricey mattress protectors, $500 in pillows and financing options. We did end up purchasing what we came there for, but it would have been easier to walk in, test a couple mattresses, talk to no one, leave the store and order the items online.
Delivery went well, but they did deliver the wrong colour headboard for the bed and needed plenty of convincing to agree to fix this mistake. In the end they did deliver the proper headboard and made this right. The furniture quality has been good so far. Overall a mixed experience.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
