Promised within 2 weeks took 23 days to get it , but was glad to get it just 2 days before Christmas. I have dealt with many locations , Brantford, Toronto, Barrie, Guelph, however this was by far the most disappointing. Excuses that their truck broke down and couldnt get it from a different location. With a company this size wouldnt customer service be a priority. Rent a truck, if you have to, a satisfied customer will come back. A disatissfied one will go elsewhere.

He was unbelievably knowledgeable about different sectionals and their characteristics and prompt with his response (I honestly thought he was an AI bot at first on the Leon's chat!) Throughout the purchase of our sofa, he was accommodating, helpful, courteous, and constantly checking in to see if everything was up to our standards, and exceeded our expectations if they weren't. Thank you Manish!! Go find him when you need something from the store. He was not forceful, and allowed us to shop freely while still being present for questions and assistance.
