  I purchased a sofa set from Leon’s and was promised delivery within two weeks, along with four complimentary pillows as a gift. Unfortunately, the sofas were delivered in the fifth week instead of the agreed two weeks. On top of the delay, two pieces of the sofa arrived damaged. I have contacted the store, but the issue has still not been properly resolved. I also have not received the four pillows that were promised at the time of purchase. I am very disappointed with the delay, the damaged items, and the lack of follow-through on what was promised. I hope Leon’s will address this matter quickly and make it right.

  Delivery men were very polite and courteous.They delivered no problems and put together our adjustable bed in minutes. The extra service of removing old matress is recommended I would have been stuck with the old one to dispose of.The tracking app works great so you're not left waiting when they would arrive. The sales person was not pushy and gave us space to look at the beds. We told him what we wanted and he gave us demonstrations of the adjustable bases .Mr.Rahul was great.

  We purchased a mattress from Leon’s from the sales person Rahul. He was very kind and we had no problem with the purchase. The delivery was quick and the delivery people were very respectful. When returning to the store for the 30 day price guarantee it was quick and easy to get the refund for the price difference. Also my daughter loves the play area! Thank you Leon’s we will be back for our next purchase!

  The 2 fellows delivered our furniture on time and set up our love seat/recliner console but didn't set up the chair, which was a base with seat that fit on top and would require a bit of assembly with an allan key. I was told before the delivery that that it wouldn't be assembled, but I really wish the whole thing could just be delivered and assembled! (even if I had to pay a nominal fee to get them to do that).

  I would not recommend Leon’s Guelph. I purchased a mattress and bed set, and the return policies were not clearly explained at the time of purchase. The mattress and bed frame combination that was recommended resulted in a bed height that was impractical and should not have been suggested together. When I attempted to return the mattress, I was informed that Leon’s policy requires the purchase of another mattress of equal or greater value. The only options initially presented were nearly $1,000 more than my original purchase. I spent approximately an hour and a half in the store without resolution. After my husband arrived at the store, staff were able to identify a mattress at an equivalent price. This raises concerns about how my request was handled as a woman prior to his arrival as a man. It felt sexist and taken advantage of due to my gender. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
