    It was a great experience to buy my mattress in Leon's. The saleperson Rahul was very nice and not pushy at all. The store manager Mathew was truly a professional person to help us out with the purchase. I will definitely go back to the Leon's Guelph location store to get more things if I need them. Thank you!

    The couches that I purchased were not the right colour and they came with a stain on it. The sales representative and the delivery driver both said we had 48 hours to call the store to get the couches returned for another one or a refund, if we we were not satisfied and or if the couch was damaged. I contacted the store and it took almost 36 hours to talk to a manager only for them to inform me that they do not have a return policy and we are stuck with the wrong couch. I Do not recommend you buying anything from Leon's as they do not care about customer service only the money they bring in. And with NO RETURN POLICY, you will be stuck with a couch if they mess it up and bring you the wrong one or if they bring it damaged. Spending almost 2000 dollars on a couch Was a lot to begin with but being stuck with one you didn't want is another thing. Take your business elsewhere as we are really stressed out with this situation and now going to talk to a lawyer about it will bring even more stress

    We have purchased furniture and appliances multiple times from Leon's and they have always come through and made the experience a great one. Whenever a hiccup or question comes up, they are professional and helpful. Great company and staff for a large chain box store.

    We recently replaced our mattress and were looking for the same model we bought from Leon’s years ago. I ended up calling and the sales representative was very helpful in finding an equivalent replacement. The purchasing process was seamless and delivery was on the day and at the time that was expected. The drivers were also very friendly and patient. Great experience with Leons, as always.

    Warranty ping-pong instead of help on $6k sofa Purchased a ~$6,000 leather sofa set with Leon’s L2 360 plan (Invoice GULLG602Z3, Aug 2022). The centre seat sags significantly in 2.5 years. I provided full photos, receipt, and tags. Instead of booking a timely repair under the structural coverage (frames/springs/joints), I was pushed into weeks of email photo requests and told it’s “just foam,” which conveniently isn’t covered. I’m asking Leon’s to step in, honor the published coverage, and send a tech to address the support components—not just glance at foam and close the file. I’ll update this review if Leon’s resolves it properly. How can you play bad with customers who trust your 6,000$ products to stay atleast 5-6 years. The level of support for Warranty is absolutely pathetic with Zucora Homes- I wish I hadn't made this purchase Totally Regretful and would not recommend you shop here Also, your salesman while selling said if Warranty isn't used we will credit you back the warranty amount for future purchase adjustment, whereas when I called Guelph Leon's they said this policy wasn't applied to your purchase, too bad Leon's you have lost me forever and also a bad word of mouth to my family & friends to avoid you
