    Put key in slot, machine doss the rest. It doesn't get any easier then that to have a cooy made. No issues with locking and unlocking the door. When used the ones clerks had to manipulate, always an issue when get home and use their key which meant going back to the store. With Minute Key, 100% accuracy. Will now only use this kiosk to duplicate my keys.

    Made 6 keys. And sure enough, 6 keys don't work. What an absolute farce. No receipt generated at machine either. Waste of time, and apparently money as well. Thanks, Minute (differences) Key Avoid these kiosks. UPDATE I called customer support the same day and was told because my refund for 6 keys was over by .95 cents that their automatic refund won't work. I would need to wait and reply to an email sent to me with a photo of all the keys together, along with the original. I still have not received this email. I had the rep read my email address back letter by letter to make sure it was correct. I've even checked spam, etc... Fun fact, I went to Canadian Tire, spent 10 bucks less, keys are of a better quality, took less time... and they all work flawlessly. Even had a fun conversation with the tech making the keys. Minute Keys kiosk just growled and whined at me for 14 minutes.
